Really Cozy Place. Great location and easy to go ski. Walk around the lake. Great communication with Mario !! I would recommend for suer !!

Pretty basic accommodations. Jacuzzi was nice. Big Bear and condo were quiet, had two nice hikes and two meals out. No box of tissues.

We had a great night in our comfy, cozy and convenient little house near the slopes. I recommend this home to future skiers and anyone coming to enjoy the mountain!

My 2 teen daughters, their friend and I stayed over MLK weekend and had a great stay at this condo! We were stuck in heavy rain/snow with nowhere to go and Mario was kind of enough to let us in a bit early! The condo is very cute, clean, the beds are comfy! We had all the necessities for a .great stay. Parking is right in front of the condo also, but I suggest parking on the far side of the lot if it snows a lot, otherwise you'll have to dig out your tires! Overall, I highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay in Big Bear! Mario was very responsive to our messages and the condo was clean and nicely renovated. The location is also great- close to the lake and the village.

I stayed here for two nights with my young children. It was easy to find and the check-in process was a snap. It was clean, well-maintained, and close enough to the lake to walk there. The hot tub was a hit for the kids. A sweet bonus would've been a handful of coffee pods, but there are enough coffee shops nearby to offset my early morning headache.

Nice condo, very clean, great location. Would definitely stay there again.

My teenage kids and I enjoyed thoroughly our 3-night stay in this condo which was very clean and even nicer than the photos. It is located right off the main road through Big Bear but on the back side of the complex so the traffic noise was not noticeable. Just a few miles down the road are Snow Summit Ski Resort, the Alpine Slide & Coaster at Magic Mountain, and The Village. After a day of skiing & snowboarding in 30-40 degree weather, it was wonderful to sit in the spa and relax. Thank you to our host, Mario for excellent communication upon booking and prompt replies to our emails asking for recommendations. My family would definitely stay here again!

The property was falsely advertised as “walk to lake” but there was no lake access in that area as the lake has dried up in the drought. the hot tub was not very hot at all; otherwise the place was great

The property was perfect for the 5 of us who stayed. Being on the 1st floor provided easy access for my parents. I especially liked the patio that overlooked the pool. The area was quiet, nicely landscaped, and felt safe. The condo is very clean and updated. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the condo and all we had to do was buy food as the kitchen is fully stocked. The Alexa in the living room for music was a nice touch. My 7 year old son enjoyed the arcade game, and my parents both actually played as well. We will definitely come back for another trip. It is conveniently located and easy to find as well.

The condo was overall nice. The condo was clean but not to my standards, (cobwebs in windows, crumbs around microwave) the appliances and bathrooms were clean. The master bedroom bed was a little too hard for our gues, but the spare bedroom bed was super comfortable. The bed itself squeaks every time you move, but I will take a squeaky bed over an uncomfortable one. The linens were clean and fresh (they are white so you would be able to tell). The couch was super comfortable, they have a few board games, checkers, and cards. We didn't use the TVs, so I can not comment on that. We had ice waiting for us which was amazing, and thank you for that (it was hot, even in the mountains). We did use the BBQ grill and it was clean so that was really nice. Not a bad walk to the lake; we had 11' iSUP, which made it a little difficult to launch, but it was no fault of the condos. I would like to have an extra lock that wasn't electronic for the front door. I like the ease of it, but knowing that someone has the code beside me was a little uneasy (I am a HUGE chicken, though) for a girl's weekend; I just wanted a little more security. Overall the place was nice and I would definitely stay again.
