We live nearby but construction in our home went longer than expected so we just needed somewhere to stay nearby. This property is a nice house and good location. There were some difficulties as the management company wasn’t very responsive when we had some issues come up (a cleaning issue, a safety issue, and a cooling /ac issue/blinds issue) and they just left us hanging repeatedly which was unfortunate. However, the owner reached out to us and I believe he will rectify the issues as it seems to be that the management company isn’t on top of things bc truly it was a nice home and with a little adjustment it would be excellent. As it was, the stay was sufficient for our purposes and convenient to our home. So I’m sure in the coming days it will only get better and better!

I booked this due to my mom's funeral and I had elderly family members with me. Asked Rob several times about early check in and late check out and he said to check day of, no reply. Asked morning of check out again and he replied at 9:30 (check out is 10!) to say we could stay a little longer but by then we were already packing up because we did get automatic email cleaners would arrive right at 10. Think check out is to early. No wash cloths, ran out of hot water. Parking was confusing. We were told we had '3' parking spaces but only 2 were available, it worked out because we only had 2 cars.
