Fantastic location, quiet and secluded.
Close to great restaurants, the beach and amenities. A Publix is only five minutes away and everything you’ll need is easy to get to.

I loved the location. The pool, game room, outdoor porches, fishing etc. this house had everything we needed for our stay. Super comfy beds, nice linens and towels.
We were two families of 5 and had more than enough space and the teenagers never got bored. Highly recommend this property!

This property is well-managed by Vacasa and had everything we needed - tons of towels, all the kitchen implements you can imagine, pantry items, floaties galore, etc. We really liked the open layout and view of the pool from the kitchen. The covered area with the dock was great for fishing or relaxing, and the fire pit was a nice bonus. (If you are thinking about renting a kayak or something, the water level is too low to easily reach this dock though.)
The house was a little beat up in parts - peeling paint at the bottom of the wall in the master bath, garbage cans full of beer cans and cigarette butts on the dock, even the occasional roach at night in the kitchen (but it’s Florida so that’s hard to avoid). My spouse thought it had more of a frat-house feel but it met our multi-generational family’s needs for the week. Flagler is a nice mellow place to stay and you can see rocket launches from the beach.

Nice and spacious! There where 5 old friends that shared the property for a week, everything was great and clean had a small problem with the gas grill,they brought us a new one that day! Nice and quiet neighborhood we had a great time . We would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed this house in Flagler Beach. Clean, comfortable and great location. Outdoor area is great for hanging out and bbqing. Will be renting again next year. Thank you Vacasa.

This house was so perfect for our group. All one level so no stairs to navigate and lots of space to spread out. It was packed with extras like plenty of beach towels, kitchen items, and pool toys. It is also beautifully decorated. We will be back!

We had an amazing Spring Break week at this rental ❤️ Only 2 blocks from the beach (dogs allowed from 10th street up), restaurants, coffee shop, juice bar, and the pier. Jacksonville and Kennedy Space Center only 1h drive. Huge deep pool. Deck with outside bar and seating area is just amazing (bring bug spray). We did not use the arcade room, but kids will love it!
The only criticism we have is that communication with the property manager (Vacasa) must be better. We tried to contacting Vacasa in multiple different ways and got no response at all. Heads-up of maintenance/service people (pool, yard, golf cart) dropping by would be appreciated.

The pool was very warm, the outdoor seating inviting and ample and the fire pit perfect. The game room provided endless fun during the rain storms.
We rented the golf cart and that was the best way to get around town. The headlights did not work so we couldn’t drive at night but they did try to fix it. The beach was great, quiet and clean. The restaurants were great and plenty of ice cream to be had!

Always something to do.
Always something to do in this house . It’s in an older neighborhood and first impression wias oh no did I overpay for this. Then entering the house it’s just like the pictures. Awesome! We had nine people in the house and nobody was ever bored. We rented the golf cart and it was a big plus and a quick ride to the beach. The pool was great . It was bigger than most pools Good local restaurants. I would stay here again

The house had a lot for us to do and enough room for our big family. The only issues we had, is we had to do some unexpected cleaning while we were there. For example there was some mold and one of the family members is highly allergic to mold. We had to do some other cleaning while we were there too. The owner could of let us use the golf cart for the rest of time. Also the pool could really use a rail by the bigger stairs.

great house just could use some more cleaning
The house had a lot for us to do and enough room for our big family. The only issues we had, is we had to do some unexpected cleaning while we were there. For example there was some mold and one of the family members is highly allergic to mold. We had to do some other cleaning while we were there too. The owner could of let us use the golf cart for the rest of time. Also the pool could really use a rail by the bigger stairs.

Perfect for our family vacation
This beautiful home has so much to offer! It was spotless, the pool was warm, and there were activities all could enjoy from age 65 to 4! We caught crabs from the deck, played a couple games of pool, and the kids enjoyed the video game room. Location is perfect- away from the noise of the Flagler restaurants and just a short golf cart ride to: the beautiful beach, amazing donut shop, delicious ice cream store, and terrific tacos! We happened to be there for the SpaceX launch and everyone gathered on the beach for the incredible view. We will definitely be back!

Great place. House was nice and very clean. Lots for the kids to do, with pool table and video arcade, on the cooler days at the beginning of our trip. Pool was heated nice, but very dirty when we got there, from a storm that had passed through. I called the property manager several times and texted and was put off each time. We got there Saturday and the pool was not cleaned until Tuesday morning. That was a big complaint. But other than that, we had a great time. Fishing off the dock, sitting outside, cooking, playing games, a nice time with family.

The beach was a good walk, we probably should have rented the golf cart. Local food was great, close grocery and CVS. The pool heat was lime bathwater, nice and warm even with multiple 60deg Temps.

The only problem we had was the pool, we paid to have it heated, we never used it. The pool temp never went above 76 degrees, and always went down at night. It was unusable, like.y the heating system was not working.

We did a sibling vacation here. We loved everything about this house. The small details were amazing. Hair care products, robes, fully stocked kitchen, everything you need. We always bring so much extra stuff when we stay at a home vs a hotel but this place you could literally just bring your clothes. The video games were great on a rainy day and the outside area was just what we needed a retreat. Other family members now want to stay just from our review to them and pictures. Great time by all. Best Week Ever
We absolutely loved the time we spent at Flagler Beach! The pictures do not begin to do the property justice. Anything you could possibly need was in the home from beautiful clean towels and beach towels to every possible tool and gadget you would need in the kitchen. We cooked out, we played pool, we fished, we swam but most importantly we made memories that are priceless. I can not wait to go back!

Beautiful home for a family getaway!
The entire trip was a beautiful memory. From the time spent in the private pool, to the golf cart ride to the beach for some fishing on the pier, to watching my kids play the arcade games in the game room, to teaching them how to play pool, this was such an incredible vacation spot!

Paradise!
The house exceeded everyone’s expectations!
From the moment we walked in we were in love!
The house is huge! Bedrooms are huge! Beds are comfortable! Entertainment galore! It has big TV’s for watching movies! A pool table, an ARCADE room!!! The pool was clean and the perfect tempature. The outdoor sitting area/Bar over the water was gorgeous and by far my favorite area! The breeze was nice for eating dinners outside. The kitchen is beautiful! It has everything we needed! From spices, to dishes, serving trays, etc! The landscape made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise! The home is beautifully decorated inside. We enjoyed every second here! This is definitely a rental we will return to!
We did have a few hiccups with Turn Key. The digital key lock was not installed until our booking and we called 3 times prior to our stay to get the code and was promised a call back. They never called. That made me really nervous. We did not actually get the key code until the morning of our trip and I had to call turn-key to get it myself.
Other than that I give this home a 10/10.
