Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa was dirty.1 bathroom had about 20 pieces of black hair on the wall.Mildew on the shower curtain.Neither bathroom appeared to be deep cleaned, which is what I expect.Master bed didn’t have sheets/pillowcases.The covers on the twin beds were stained. The screen door by the kitchen wasn’t functioning. Floors were dirty (shell of a nut on the floor, unused rubber bands on the floor. The wood piece above one of the windows fell by the front door when we were packing up to leave.Upon our arrival we ended up getting there around 5:45. Rental office was closed went to the villa like the paper in the window said.Ended up calling and the guy was not very pleasant saying they had called and left messages. That never happened. Honestly this villa needs a good once over on cleaning including all of the kids were playing in the pool and an employee told them they needed to be quiet. Also there is no map to tell you where anything is. Never did figure out where the workout room was.
