We absolutely love staying at this property. We liked being on the fourth floor and felt the views were amazing. The management was very easy to work with and we would absolutely come back again. The only suggestion would be it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for there were some dishes that you could tell had been put away slightly dirty, and the toilet seat seats should be replaced as they seem very shabby. This is all so minor. We absolutely loved the area and will be back again.

Positives: Great location (building and unit). Great beach front view. Good layout and spacious enough for six adults. Quiet area in Okaloosa. Easy access to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds.Negatives: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. We really liked the unit. This place is really nice but it needs thorough cleaning. While the master bath was clean, we had issues with the second bathroom, and dirty linens in ALL the beds (urine and "other" stains). The couch's upholstery is notoriously dirty. We found dirty socks left behind and hair on the floor/sheets. There was nose mucus on the walls in one of the rooms. The coffee maker water tank was nasty. The floors were apparently clean but after walking with socks we could see how dirty they were. Housekeeping came back the NEXT day at NOON and changed all the bedding. Housekeeping ladies were very apologetic but we are still waiting to hear from the manager, who we asked to speak to. The building is in okay condition - jaccuzi has defective sprays and needs maintenance. Overall, this unit is great but we feel the management company did not help us the day we arrived even though they are located super close to the building. For 207.00 cleaning fee, they need to ensure than more than a light clean up is completed at the end of each stay.
