Shower in master bedroom did not work very well. Not a ton of room at the pool to catch rays, other than these 2 items we were pleased.

Very clean, comfortable. I would plan your sleeping arrangements assuming kids can sleep on the futons; they're not great for full grown men. Luckily we had a couple people opt out of the trip so didn't have an issue.

We fully enjoyed our stay and Todd and Mary checked in on us to see if we needed anything during our stay and we appreciate that. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood so we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. My wife would of loved a tv in the bedroom but overall
We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again when we need a getaway and some downtime

The house and the pool were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and everything we needed was provided. And I mean everything...toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Our hosts, Tom & May, were very accommodating and were always just a text away. They went above and beyond with local food recommendations and helpful tips. We also enjoyed a welcome gift of a bottle of wine. Although there were just 2 of us, this home could easily house 6 or more people. Loved the heated pool also. This home was convenient for shopping, restaurants, beaches, and parks. We had never been to Palm Coast but we really loved it and would definitely return.

The house was very spacious and clean. We took a trip as a group to go to the beach. There is a pool that was so good we could relax at the house instead of going out. Loved staying here highly recommend.

Our family loved the Flamingo House!! May and Todd thought of EVERYTHING! It's so inviting and comfortable. Everything is labeled so you know where things are and the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless!! And the pool, so wonderful. All you need to bring is a couple of outfits ( top of the line washer and dryer) and your toothbrush. Everything else is there. Loved this place!!

We had a great time despite the weather. House had everything you could need, well stocked with the essentials. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and pool was great. Located in a quiet neighborhood with tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was effortless, they checked in with us before arrival and during our visit to insure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. Would definitely book again.

Exception of having to share them with accessibility means I only had to tell them how to make it accessible. They did it the next day. It is a very spacious home. You will have no problem using it if you need a break bro, the world for a little while. Thank you both!

Owner very available, very clean, nothing was missing (towels, soaps, dishes, etc.), the location was great, the swimming pool very good. The only thing, the 2 futons are for children and not adults. We were 5 adults. We recommend

This was the best organized rental we have found in 12 years of coming to Florida. Best equipped and outfitted to be comfortable. Our small family was able to get together for 5 days from New Jersey Delaware, New York and Florida.

The Flamingo House is very clean, has an incredible amount of space, the pool/patio area receives an abundant amount of sun, and is comfortable and quiet!
The neighborhood is extremely quiet, we felt very safe and is perfect for walking as much as you want.
This house's location allows for quick access to the Beach, Shopping, and the many incredible Seafood Restaurant options up and down the coastline.
May and Todd are "Great Host", genuinely care if you have everything you need and provide an amazing amount of information to help you plan your stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and would definitely recommend the Flamingo House and its Heated Pool!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo house and especially appreciated the heated pool and serene waterfall. May communicated everything that we needed in a timely fashion and provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. Having beach/pool towels available was a pleasant bonus too. We will be back next time we are in the area! Highly recommend the Flamingo house for your Florida vacation and going to Flagler beach area to eat at the many restaurants on the ocean and going to the beach.

Everything was very nice. Well supplied and stocked house. The beds were comfortable and house was spacious. Labels were useful. The only minor complaint would be the pool was not as warm as hoped. The water from jet was very warm but the rest of the pool was definitely cooler. (Maybe solar blanket for winter months). We did, however, were able to enjoy the pool.

Super clean and spacious house located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also located convenient to stores and restaurants. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed staying in your home. The only issue we really had was the master bathroom was not handicap accessible. Our one friend has very limited mobility and struggle to get in and out of the shower and there were no handrails by the toilet. I had put handicap accessible in the search so we expected the bathroom to be so. Other then that we had great time. Thanks again,

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the flamingo pool house, the home was clean and spacious, the pool was amazing , the owners, May and Todd go above and beyond to make it a home away from home, very accommodating, the kids loved it too. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

We have rented many homes thru VBRO and The Flamingo house is by far the best!
The attention to detail, cleanliness, information provided and having everything you could need on hand was very convenient.
Having a private heated pool steps away was a great way to end the day.
The reclining couch and large screen tv was enjoyed as well.
The home is a short drive to many restaurants, shopping and beaches. Be sure to check out St. Augustine and take a tour on the trolley and learn about it’s history.
We could not have found a better place to spend a week in Palm Coast.

Family had a wonderful time at the Flamingo Pool House. It was a perfect place in-between St. Agustine and Daytona. After our adventures outside we were able to enjoy the pool with the family. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. May and Todd were also so attentive.

May and Todd was very attentive to details! Thank you for the lovely surprise gift when we got to the house, very nice touch and sure was worth coming home to. We all felt so at home and relaxed.

We were here to celebrate the Fourth of July & our sons 6th birthday. Upon arrival the AC was not working, however the handy crew showed up within about 30 mins of me contacting the owners and we got the problem resolved promptly. The house location is perfect - there’s a Publix, Walmart, CVS, chick fil a, & McDonald’s all within abojt a 10 min ride. There are multiple beautiful beaches within a 30 min drive of the house, so we visited a different beach everyday & was able to eat dinner in St. Augustine & on the water every night. The pool deck is fully equipped with plenty of seating & toys & a cooler available for use. The only con to the house is the description lists a home office with a pull out couch - this is in fact a living space in the house which offers no privacy for anyone sleeping on the pull out. It would be a perfect area for kids, however our party needed the space for an adult and we were expecting a true home office with privacy. Overall the house was great & we enjoyed our trip!

Palm Coast
This property is nothing less than paradise, the owners go above and beyond to make certain you have everything you need and want, the neighborhood is beautiful, quite, and the ladies next door are very kind. The lanai and pool area are so relaxing from the waterfall in the pool to the squirrels, bunnies, frogs, birds, and lizards outside the lanai. If you have never stayed here and are gonna be in the Palm Coast area I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed four nights at the Flamingo House and loved the spacious property and refreshing pool. Most everything is provided and tucked away in neatly labeled cabinets. Several seating arrangements provide plenty of room for families with kids. The owners have thought of everything including games and pool toys for the little ones. We hope to come back soon. Great property and friendly owners!
