Our family of five loved it here. Far enough from town to be secluded and close enough to get out and see everything. The Blue Tavern is lovely, with so many small touches that made it really feel like home. Especially loved the lake nearby and took our kids on walks there each day. The yellow bridge was also a favorite.
We made s’mores in the fire pit, played at the playground in the park nearby, and spent time under the stars. Stellar communication from our hosts and the kitchen is well stocked so we had everything we needed- even laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, extra bathroom supplies and lots of spices. Wifi was also strong - good because I had to take a meeting from the house.
We loved our visit to Eureka Springs and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. Thank you for having us!

We had the best time here! The house was absolutely perfect to walk down to the lake. So comfortable and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable! So many little touches that made our stay fabulous. My mother-in-law was visiting from Peru and said she is “moving in here!!” Thanks for everything !

The house was the perfect place to stay for us! Super close to the lake and ample space for 6 women. We had a blast and multiple of us have talked about looking to come back some time with our spouses. Also decently close to Eureka Springs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Home had everything we needed. The fire pit was certainly an added bonus.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. My family was getting open water diving certified at Beaver Lake and this property was less than 15 minutes away. Its also less than15 minutes away from Eureka Springs. The property was clean and had a lot of outdoor games to use. Bryan responded promptly to our inquiries and let us stay a little longer so we could clean up after diving at the lake. Highly recommended!

We had a great time on a small 2 family vacation. The house was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials and lots of activities to choose from. The kids loved kayaking and playing bad mitten. We will defiantly return to this property again in the future. Thanks for the great weekend!

What a wonderful
Home to spend time in. I would say this is one of my favorite stays in a vacation home ever. Clean, close to the lake, comfortable, beautifully decorated, great beds, even free s’mores fixing to welcome us. We would love to return to Beaver and this house again

It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the lake from the front porch.
We LOVED this home!
The check-in process was easy and the owners even left wood for the outdoor fire pit.
We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this is the cleanest home we have ever stayed in...I was very impressed!
I would definitely recommend booking this home.

My daughter is getting married and my mom had just recently passed away so we planned this trip to just get away from it all. It was perfect. The moms stayed until Saturday and then gave the girls time to celebrate the bride Saturday night.

Location is about a 2 min walk to the water from the house. Only about 20 min from Eureka Springs! We had a wonderful time!

Loved the home!
Everything about our stay was excellent..just a short walk down the hill to get to the lake. Beds were all comfortable. Wife loved the fireplace! And the outdoor space was great. We will hopefully come back!

We rented this house while attending Arkansas CamaroFest. Location was great just a few minutes from a eureka Springs. Beautiful area wish we had more time to explore. House was very nice, we would love to stay again.
