Overall a great place. Enjoyed access to an indoor pool and hot tubs, very spacious and clean. Beautiful views and atmosphere. Was unable to find any hot pads for cooking. One suggestion, possibly set up guest access for logging into smart TV? Had to log out previous users to use our own access. Had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in that area once more.

Great property, just as pictured! Two couples enjoyed a 4 night/5 day ski trip. Very spacious, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The jacuzzi tub in the master was divine after a long ski day. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our girl’s trip. There was lots of room, very well stocked kitchen, and a quiet and safe property. The 20 minute drive to town was not bad at all and the weather was so much cooler up the mountain. One thing we especially loved is that our senior guests were able to be dropped off at the door to the main level and had a bedroom right off living area. There were no stairs necessary for them to enjoy their stay as well. For future guests -We would recommend that you bring fans in the summer to cool things off. Bring something to dissuade the mosquitoes as well. We will definitely be staying again when we visit Durango.

Great for games/puzzles. Cons: This house needs some TLC. It needs some cleaning. Under all the furniture there is trash and it's just dirty. All surfaces need to be cleaned and dusted. It feels very choppy and tight despite being a larger space. I think some updated furniture that's less bulky might be helpful and just decluttering by getting rid of the fake floral arrangements that just take up space. The kitchen set up is tight but we managed. The Keurig didn't work. While the kitchen has a lot of stuff it needs to be gone through. Many pots without lids. The hot water for the house is VERY temperamental. We reported this and they said someone would look at but no one came. Hot water runs out very fast. We had 7 and only person could shower at a time and had to spread out showers to morning and afternoon/evening. Nice to have washer and dryer but wasn't sure how to work the "lint" system?! Also the pillows in the bedrooms need to be updated badly! Wish I had brought my own. Also I did ask to check in early and they said they would let me know. I asked again the morning of check in and they said they would text but never did. When we arrived I realized no one had rented the place in a week but yet they couldn't let us in an hour early? Seemed odd but I guess check in is check in. We just wanted to time right with bringing groceries for the week from Durango.
