Very nice property on the beach. Unit was very clean except for the floor being a little more “sandy” than anticipated. We had 8 people staying and had plenty of room. Would recommend this place to others. Our family had a fun week!

The location of the condo in front of the beach attracted us to select it. The weather was excellent (upper 60s-low 80s) during the week we stayed and helped to make our stay feel even better. The unit offered fantastic views of the beach. In the early mornings the light came in through the large window and sliding doors facing the beach. One of the vertical blinds did not close completely and the all blinds are not the darkening type. We spend evenings sitting in the balcony watching the beach. The kitchen is open concept with an island that gives a good flow. The Two TVs connected to xfinity worked well, the AC uses a goggle system that took us a bit of time to figure it out. The bedrooms are ample. The master bedroom has plenty of storage space with a walk in closet. The second room has two beds and a trundle. They have a plastic mattress pad that makes noise, though, when we me moves on the bed. The third bedroom did not have a register for AC or vent and was stuffy even with the ceiling fan. The bathrooms were comfortable. The separate laundry room made washing beach towels and clothes convenient without having to go through the kitchen. We found the apartment clean and tidy when we came in. The missed items were refrigerator that needed a better cleaning, and the floor had sand. But overall it is great and we would rent this apartment that again. Congrats to the owners for the updates made.

Pros: lots of beds, well stocked and good sized kitchen with great appliances, nice bathrooms. Cons: bar area and lack of hanging and shoe storage was not great for our young kid family returning from beach. Sand and debris was under some furniture upon our arrival. 3rd ‘Den’ with bed was very hot needs a better working fan as no vent in that room. A/c control unit was locked so could not be adjusted.
