Wow, wow, wow! If you’re looking to visit downtown Seattle this is your spot. Beautiful property with every thoughtful touch you couldn’t even begin to imagine. Easy walking to all of the sights as well as the monorail and light rail train for further excursions. Host was easily accessible and responsive. We cannot say enough about how perfect this visit was.

I have stayed all over the world in VRBO properties. This one was SPOT ON when it comes to these owners caring about details to make you happy. The snacks, gifts, location, supplies, care of unit, clean, etc. literally can not say enough amazing things. Owners were quick to help and so so hospitable from a distance. Beyond thankful and will stay here any time I am in Seattle for sure!!! Right across from Aquarium, amazing views, Pikes Place, awesome nook garden to make you feel secluded, gated to keep you safe, etc!!! Crazy good.

A friend and I did a quick two-day, three-night trip to Seattle with our kids (age 5 and 7). This property was wonderful! We always felt safe walking to and from the property and were close so so many attractions (minutes from the aquarium and Pike's market, 15-minute walk to the monorail.
We arrived late and were delighted to be greeted with ample snacks and drinks. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.

The location was great and the host were amazing. The condo was well stocked with coffee and snacks. We enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the ferries go by.

The Condo is so well set up that and it felt so spacious even though there were 6 adults in the place. View was extraordinary and the property itself was amazing. We all felt as if we actually lived there by the way we were treated by the staff and other tenants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, even the Space Needle. We chose this location because we were going on a cruise 3 days after our arrival in Seattle. We always take in the sites of the city from our departing location. Bonus was the terminal was just a few blocks away and we walked even with our luggage. Who wouldn't want to stay next to the waterfront?! Our only regret is that we didn't take advantage of the top floor lookout and lounge area. If we stay here again, and I would like to, we will! A few of the special touches were the snacks, drinks, TV apps and bathroom amenities that were provided. The property owners were fantastic to work with. I knew if I needed anything all I had to do was call! This has probably been one of the best VRBO experiences I have had. Thank you Mike and Melissa for making us feel at home in your home! 5 Stars in all categories!

Great location, EXTREMELY quiet residence. Perfect location to all the sites Pike Place Market, Space Needle, aquarium. We had zero issues during our stay. Would definitely come here again.

Property was very nice. Concierge was poor/inconsistent. It started with me no concierge answering to let me in property. Other issue was some concierges would let visitors through front gate & wait in lobby to be escorted while others would not let guests on property.

Mike and Melissa have made this condo perfect. Very comfortable with all the touches of home. We arrived to a bottle of wine and snacks which was a welcome treat after a long flight. The unit is equipped with everything from coffee, snacks and bathroom supplies, plenty of blankets, pillows and walking distance to all the downtown attractions. Would HIGHLY recommend this unit!

Overall nice place to stay. Construction outside made it difficult to navigate. Would've been nice to get a heads up about it. Other than that it was fine.

We stayed for 3 night before a cruise. Perfect location right next to the pier and a short walk to most tourist attractions. Beds (including the pullout couch) were comfortable and the condo was spotless! Stocked with anything you could possibly need including bathroom toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely return!

Fantastic hosts and the property is situated just a short walk from popular attractions like pike’s place and the space needle. Check in was super easy and the hosts were incredibly responsive whenever assistance was needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. So many cute touches and extra care. Would definitely recommend. It was a hot weekend and the AC is only hooked up in the main bedroom. Made the rest of the place pretty warm but would be totally fine on a regular weekend. We enjoyed the view, the recommended restaurants from the condo welcome book, the coffee and the cookies! Excellent hosts for a weekend full of awesome Seattle memories. Would book again.

I was in vacation with my family of five in July 2023, everything exceeded my expectations! Excellent location. very clean, organized, extra pillows, blankets, towels, an equipped kitchen , excellent communication with the owner. Bottle of wine as a welcome was a nice gift after a long flight, thank you! definitely recommend it.

This was a great property for our family of four on our trip to Seattle! It was right near the waterfront and we were able to enjoy the restaurants, shops and attractions in that area with ease. It is a short walk to the Pike Place Market area and monorail terminal for visits to the Space Needle and other Seattle highlights. The access to a parking spot in the condo complex garage was key! Since so much was in walking distance, we were able to keep our car parked for most of our trip. We only took it out for a daytrip to Mount Rainier. We hope to get back to Seattle and when we go, we'd definitely look to stay at this property again!

Beautiful little space. Stocked with all you could ever need & more.. Host was easy to communicate with. Great location & building well kept. A little hard to figure out which elevator & building we ours but once we figured it out it was no problem. Would stay here again.

The condo was clean, nice, very inviting and in a great location. Very well stocked and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Was difficult to know exactly where to go to get checked in and the parking space was tight, but that is not in your control. Overall a great place to stay and very walkable to most attractions.

IT WAS PHENOMENAL…Thank you Melissa for being the SUPER host that you are. No detail was missed. Absolutely everything that anyone could ever need was in this unit. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne & a sweet note inside the refrigerator. We felt right at home. The level of detail from the fresh coffee to the multiple snacks was highly appreciated. Variation and quality of great shampoos, conditioners, body wash was top notch. Superb cleanliness, beautiful decor, very comfortable and great smelling beds.
10 STAR location, especially that we had to walk to pier 66 with tons of luggage to join our cruise, it was super fast and easy, just a short 5 minute walk along the sidewalk.
Beautiful and extremely quiet building. We only saw the concierge no one else in the 3 days that we were there, I even asked if more people lived in the building as a joke because we never saw any of the other residents.
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Mike and Melissa were amazing hosts. We were able to check in early without a problem. The condo was more than exceptional. One of the best equipped that we have ever stayed in. You can want for nothing whilst staying there. However you cannot walk to terminal 91 you will need to get a taxi or Uber. Thank you again.

The condo is in a great location with easy access to both the waterfront and Pike's Place market. We were very impressed with how well stocked the condo is. There were even snacks and drinks. We actually decided to get ingredients at Pike Place and cook lunch after seeing how well the kitchen was stocked with spices and oils. The bathroom is also well stocked with shampoos, soaps, and even extra travel toothpaste (which came in handy because we had forgotten ours!) The condo was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The hosts did an excellent job giving detailed instructions for checking in and parking at the condo which made the process very smooth. This is the 3rd condo in downtown Seattle we have stayed at, and it definitely was our favorite!

Great spot for a Seattle adventure!
We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There is a great little view out of Elliot Bay, comfy beds, a good bathroom, and a clean kitchen!
The check-In process was a little funny. The front desk person was having some computer issues which delayed us getting into the condo but it was all that bad.
Once the construction on Alaskan Way is complete this will be a truly unbelievable location! If I have I have the opportunity I will definitely consider staying here again!

Property very well stocked and appointed. Thoughtfully done. Building is quiet and the sheets on the bed super comfortable. There is construction at the Seattle waterfront so walking to Pike Place will be better in future years. Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous apartment. Just a short walk to pikes place, ferry and downtown.
A lovely safe building with a designated parking space.
I am a chef and cooked dinner one night and everything I needed was on hand.
Another great thing was there was olive oil, salt and pepper and dried spices and even cookie dough in the freezer. Usually you have to buy those staples.
Melissa and her husband have really thought of everything and we couldn’t have been happier.
Beds were comfortable and the sheets very nice too.
A lovely cozy fireplace and a little balcony which would be lovely in the warmer months.
The only thing we would change is the addition of a pocket door to separate the bathroom from the toilet. With 6 people staying we couldn’t use the toilet if someone was showering.
I would 💯 stay here again!

The extra touches added were amazing. This included a personal note, bottle of wine, invite to check in early and stay late. Not only was this the most well stocked place we've stayed at, you can't beat the location. We parked our car and walked everywhere from the Seattle center space needle to the pike place market. As foodies we enjoyed a few great restaurants as well everything we need3d to create a fabulous meal at the condo in a kitchen that had everything we needed even an oyster shucker! The location, the comfortable modern Condo with all the added touches made our first trip to Seattle leaving us with a plan to come back for more and definitely book here again. Thank you both for a perfect place for our getaway.

My friend and I were celebrating 30 years of friendship and walked into this gorgeous condo with a nice bottle of wine welcoming us. You feel like you are in someone’s home. Everything is decorated so nicely and you really just feel like you are at home. There are so many conveniences like that only an espresso machine but also a French press along with coffee and snacks for those times in the early morning or late at night when you just need a little something. The bathroom is completely stocked with anything you might need that you had forgotten yourself. It was impeccably clean. The linens were top-of-the-line, and the pillows were so comfortable. Also the owner provides excellent check in instructions as well as communication. Also and finally you feel 100% safe in the building. You can’t find a better location.

The place is amazing and well equipped. The snacks left out were perfect for the kids after our 6 hour drive. The location is central and could walk everywhere. Very secure building, felt safe The whole time.

Mike and Melissa’s place gives you the feeling that you’re home! It has everything and I mean EVERYTHING you will ever need. You can tell a lot of thought was put into everything. Great location. We had mentioned that we were celebrating a graduation and a birthday and when we got to the place, Melissa had put a champagne bottle in the refrigerator ready for us with a nice card. It definitely deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you, again! We will definitely be back.
