My husband and I brought our two teen boys and a friend to this fantastic spot. We saw manatees daily from the dock...directly below us. AMAZING. The boys fished and caught grouper and pinfish. We saw dolphins from the dog and the room daily. We loved the giggles of the voices of kids swimming two houses away. Yay to super hot and long lasting shower water. It's always nice to stay in a home where there are some necessities left, like bandaids or a little bar of soap or an ice pack. We appreciated the beach chairs being there for our use. Lizards were fun to watch. Flowers blooming around were beautiful. The peace we enjoyed from gazing at the waters was great for our souls. Communication was top notch. No message went unanswered...and replies were very fast. Great experience for us, and we have stayed at lots of vrbo homes. Highly recommend. Well done!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property manager Jonsie, was a fantastic host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make this the best family trip we've ever had. The property was extremely clean and resides in a very nice neighborhood, not to mention the location being within walking distance of the water and many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this property and plan to rent again in the near future.

Quiet relaxing rejuvenating stay on Anna Maria Island. No frills, just a walk to the beach and a view of the estuary.

Cute property- great for about two people maybe. Everything was very small and pretty dated but very comfortable. Laundry room is outside in a kinda scary shed- maybe consider providing at least a laundry basket or something like that. Cleaning fee is a major price gauge. Lol

My Husband and I stayed here for a quick "mom and dad" trip and it was everything we had hoped for! Its location was amazing and we walked to the beach and pier and shopping every day and night and it was great not to have to spend a ton of time in a car! The house had everything we needed including the most comfortable bed and pillows ever and we loved the dock on the bay and even seen a dolphin! I loved laying in the patio loungers tanning by the water while my husband enjoyed fishing! Definitely will stay here again!

Awesome place the location is close to beach and other things quiet and relaxing the outdoor area is great ! Can set on dock or at many other available chairs facing the bay . Beautiful sunrises . Look forward to coming back for a stay definitely worth checking it out !

The house is so cute. The location is absolutely walkable to restaurants, the free trolley, shops, and the beach. The beds are comfortable. The backyard is cuter than the pic show. We loved this place so much! We really hope it keeps its quaintness.

Overall this property was nice, especially for the price. Some cosmetic details are in need of attention, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and the bedding smelled amazing! We slept very comfortably. Also, really nice touches were the 8 bottles of water left for us in the fridge, and the beach cart with chairs and umbrella that comes with the unit. The only negative that I experienced is trying to contact the property manager via the VRBO app/Listing. It doesn't appear that that link works. Luckily, I didn't have anything of any importance to communicate. This is a great location and lots of value for the money!

The property was very clean and well maintained. Lots of outdoor space and seating, there is always a comfortable place to relax in the shade or the under the sun, whatever you are in the mood for. Just a couple blocks from Bridge Street and the beach, nice stroll.

We were looking for a place to stay with access to water so our 17 year old could fish off the dock in between fishing guided trips. Nice pier to sit on and fish from but no fish caught. First guide trip produced only small fish and few fish and second trip got cancelled due to wind. Not what he expected but the place was close to lots of restaurants and shopping and an easy walk to the beach. Comfortable place. Had issues with the a/c not draining properly but manager was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Nice cart to haul the chairs and umbrella provided to the beach. Plenty of outdoor seating there as well. We enjoyed it very much!

Nice property on bay. We stayed on 2nd floor of house behind small house on the bay, however the house in front was not being rented so we had full use of the outside area including the dock. Loved the chairs on the porch, sat there in am and had our coffee & watched the sunrise. Very close to Cortez bridge -can hear cars coming over bridge. Loved being walking distance to Bridge Street for dining/shopping & walking distance to beach. Small unit for 4 adults -the 2 twin beds are a little short but our 6' son just hung is feet over the edge. The queen bed was very comfortable. Entrance to tub/shower units takes a big step and would not work for some. Kitchen is a small galley kitchen. Worked fine for us for heating things up & snacking but would be cramped for cooking. Living room has nice TV, good size sectional, & table for 6. Seemed the perfect size for 2-4 if you don't need a lot of space. We did rent the paddleboards but found it hard to get them in the water, even w steps from the dock. Best to just jump in water by dock & launch them that way. If you try to access them by jumping in by property, there are crab traps there. Also the space to use them is confined between Cortez Bridge & Bridge St pier unless you want to go out where a lot of boats were. We did see a manatee when we were using them though! Communication with property manager was great. She was very quick to respond & helpful & friendly. Suggestions: Get a Keurig instead of drip coffeemaker, and leave specific instructions about launching paddleboards if rented. Had a great stay here!

Nice property. And great location riight on the open bay. A little small for our family of four with spaced challenged galley kitchen and undersized toilet seat and sink in the master bedroom. However was a great location and the dock worked out perfectly. Both power and hose available on the dock for the boat. We brought a 25 foot bay boat and it worked well. Saw snook, sheppshead, and school of finger mullet around the dock. Right next door to Bradenton Beach Marina which was very convenient for fueling the boat. No dishwasher. Laundry machines located in shed under outdoor stairs. If you dont need much space, this is a great option.

We had a great time during our stay! House was cute and clean, awesome location. We walked to the beach and to eat and get ice cream several times. We also bring our boat with us and had plenty of room to keep the trailer at the house and the dock was great!

Also loved that a beach cart with chairs was on the property when we got there and plenty of beach towels, provided in the unit. We were also offered paddle board rentals for the week (additional cost) through the owners, and found those waiting for us, along with the paddles and life vests upon arrival. The owners were super easy to work with as well, and easily accessible. Only slight drawbacks were shower setups - entrance to showers were quite elevated - and galley kitchen, although well stocked, was a bit of a tight fit. Other than that, this rental fit the needs we were looking for during this trip!!

It was so nice to sit on the deck and watch the sun come up every morning. The little outdoor area was perfect for family pizza night and hot dog cookout. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable place with a perfect location. Loved sitting on the dock as a family fishing and having a nice happy hour. Small kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook in-house. Location was great for a short walk to the pier, beach, trolley stop and Bridge street - close enough for 75 year old mom to walk without any issue. Also, easy walk down to nature preserve and Coquina Beach.
