It was so close to alot of things. We went down the river we went to a comedy show at the castle everything was very close. Love sitting by the river. The house was very clean never ran out of anything. Great place. Will stay again

We decided to take a few days off to celebrate our 14th anniversary. We really enjoyed this place to stay and all the hiking trails and food close by. Clean and relaxing, very nice place to stay. Thank you very much for providing such a nice place for us!

We spent our 44th wedding anniversary there. The weather was perfect and we very much ejoyed sitting down by the river. It was a very peaceful few days and would definitely go back!

I needed a change of scenery and this definitely fit the bill! Very peaceful and nice nature to look at. Close to town if I needed anything. Perfect for what I needed!

Our stay was excellent everything was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints.

The house and property are well kept. A lot of your basic essentials are available. Beds are stiffer but comfy. The property is on a septic system so they aren't joking about water conservation. So plan out your showers and water usage. Wasnt inconvenient for us because there was only 2 of us but could see it being a problem for more people. Women, I suggest you take your princess showers before you get here. Being right on the river was great and. Would see it being a hot spot during the summer. Will definitely consider coming back.

Great trip to a quiet and beautiful area that we've never been to. The location couldn't of been better. I felt like we were right in the middle of so many things we love to do. Thank you again for making my wife's birthday weekend memorable.

We had a wedding at Mohican Resort and needed someplace to stay close. I reached out to Drew a couple times before booking to make sure we were actually close to venue - he immediately answered all my questions! We decided to make a long weekend of it and am so happy we did. The COLORS of fall everywhere!! Cabin is RIGHT on the River. Fire pit next to the rustling river if you wish. The cabin was SPOTLESS AND SO SO NICE!! If you wanted to cook - everything there! Great Room plenty of seating and the electric fireplace was awesome to relax and just read! ok the beds not so great - that is literally the only thing I would change. I didn’t go into the laundry area/second bath so can’t comment there., but you have to go outside to access from patio. The deck is huge and faces the river. The property is just BEAUTIFUL. Would be very fun in the summer but I think the Fall scenery would be my choice again! Would most definitely stay here again!!

Not the best place for older couples. We four are all over 75. There were 4 somewhat rickety stairs to get into the property. Not easy to navigate for some of us. And there was a driveway/walk-way with large stones which were very difficult to walk on. So, it was just difficult even getting into the place. Fortunately, it was a little easier for my husband to walk on the stones taking in luggage and things. In addition, the two bathrooms were not really suitable for 2 older adult couples. There was only one bath inside the house and it was extremely small. Really only large enough for one person-2 in a pinch. And, it was a step-in tub with a shower--too difficult for some older people. The other bath was outside off the deck. It was larger, with a walk-in shower, but pretty inconvenient to keep all your things outside and not at all useful for several trips to the bathroom during the night! We did not cook except two people had breakfast 2 mornings. However, the kitchen did appear pretty well equipped. My husband did make coffee each morning. The coffee maker was old and rusty and very difficult to use the first time. The wives complained about the beds being lumpy and in my case the sheets/mattress cover were ill-fitted with lots of lumps and wrinkles making it uncomfortable. The husbands didn't seem to notice. :) Having said all that, the house is probably just fine for most younger, especially if you are not picky about your bed being lumpy (I really think it was because the sheets and mattress pad were not fitted well and not put on the bed very tightly. I tried to re-make the bed, but the mattress is so close to the headboard and probably why the housekeeper did such a poor job of making up the beds.) It was too cool and rainy for us to use the porch. It was very nice and is what attracted me to the place from photos.

Wonderful stay..right on the river so it made the tubing great. Beautiful covered porch that we played games on and hung out during the 2 days it rained. Great friendly neighbors. Internet connection was horrible but we feel it made the time better as we couldn't get on our phones all the time. Definitely will book again in the future!

We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful, the house is clean and has everything you need. We loved enjoying our meals each day out on the beautiful covered porch. We took advantage of the corn hole boards provided and played each day. Girls won! 💪🏻 It’s in a perfect location! It was close enough to everything in town but felt like it was far enough away to be secluded. We loved everything about our stay and I appreciate that they allow pets.

Great little rental property! Has pretty much all the important essential items needed to make this a home away from home for the renter. Drew was a great help too I called him and he promptly returned my call within 30min which was great.
