Place was very spacious and well stocked for use and cooking. Nice touches like beach chairs, towels, sand toys and boogie boards. Having the garage and outdoor shower was also very convenient. The location was also very nice and it is a very short walk to the water and beach area. A few things were dated and need to be changed or redone but the management was very responsive and I am sure they will adress. Probably the biggest issue in warm months is the master bedroom which is in an open alcove over the LR. It can be sectioned off with pocket doors for noise control (if you have people still awake downstairs) but the ac is in the alcove part and so the bedroom and bathroom portion get quite warm. There is a ceiling fan over the bed however. The downstairs room ac works very well.

Townhome was lovely, ideal for senior family member, lanais we’re awesome… listening to Hawaiian music during sunsets and bird watching, kitchen was perfect for foodies (had all the equipment for cheffing it up), master bedrooms perfect, along with comfy sofa bed. Close walk to beach, place is private and quiet, ideal for soaking in Aloha! All the beach equipment was very helpful, we only needed to be focused on beverages and packup snacks. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 (husband, son, daughter in law, college aged son) loved our time in Poipu and this amazing house was the perfect home base for us. The house itself is open, airy and has amazing sunset views from both decks, it is well furnished and comfortable with high end linens, towels and kitchenware. We used the boogie boards and beach chairs, the high speed internet was helpful for some remote work a few family members had to do. Quick walk to Poipu Beach for sunsets, watching the turtles come up on shore every night. Most days there was a seal on the side of the beach snoozing away as well. Some of favorites in the area: hiking Waimea Canyon, helicopter ride around the island, golf at Poipu Bay Golf course, body surfing Shipwreck, snorkeling and turtle/seal watching at Poipu Beach. Puka Dog, Da Crack, and ‘Anake’s Juice bar for Açaí Bowls were family favorites. Highly recommend this house. It was perfection.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was great - walking distance to brennecke beach and poipu beach. We enjoyed walking to poipu during the day and around sunset to watch turtles coming to the beach to rest. The house was very cozy and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen and well maintained garage. Would love to stay at the house again.

Beautiful & Clean Beach house with spectacular views. Easy walk to Poipu Beach. Great area to stay with family. The upstairs bed was a little too firm for our taste but after a long day at the beach your usually too tired to care.
