This house is close to the boardwalk at Carolina Beach, easy to walk to, or bike to, which is great during the busy season as parking is at a premium. A 15 minute drive down to the Aquarium at Fort Fisher, a great place to take the kids, just remember that you now need a reservation.

Easy booking with great communication from the host company. House was just as described. Fully stocked kitchen. You will have a great time here!!

The location of the property is amazing. According to the ad roadside deck was located in the king room however it was in the queen room. I checked in on Sunday and notified that I would have to bring trash to curb which was overflowing (which was from previous tenants.) Whoever cleaned units should’ve been responsible for trash removal. However, with me being a senior climbing the sand dunes was quite difficult. A suggestion is making the walkway longer with possible lighting. Beds were too soft and uncomfortable for my back. The tv in living room was in Spanish (not sure if previous guest changed settings). The tv wasn’t logged on Hulu like all other tvs. On the last couple days of my stay there was multiple cockroaches inside the home. The living room covers on furniture was stained/dirty. Outside of these complaints the location and access to the beach is amazing.

We loved the location. The rental was ok. The second bathroom was smaller than expected. The kitchen was not equipped for big meals. Pans need replaced. Overall it was a great week at Carolina Beach.

IMO it should be vacation rental county code that all properties have a large steamer pot on hand...LOL this one did not. The outside showers were not cleaned, and had not been cleaned for some time. Beach walkway needs attention from splintering. Beach walk shower water lines are split. The propane tank was empty upon check in, received The next day. I ordered a beach cart when making the reservation, Bryant failed to enter the order into the system and we did not receive it. Interior of the house was very clean and nice, furniture and beds were very comfortable. Overall a very good experience and I would consider renting this property again.
