The houses location was perfect. Upon arrival we were happy to see a cozy home with an amazing view. Clean bedrooms and beds. Multiple levels of entertainment in the house, complete with a deck, games in the garage(which we played for hours) and of course a very relaxing hot tub ! Not to mention it’s walking distance from the blackfish restaurant, which has delicious food and drink.

We had 12 of our family stay at the house (8 adults, 4 children) and it was plenty of room for us all. There were actually more beds than expected because there is a hidden bed in one of the hallways, so each kid had their own space. The house was exactly as described and had 3 parking spaces so there was ample parking. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. There were also plenty of towels, toiletries, and toilet paper. Which I have found is a novel experience. Most places don’t have much for you but this place had almost everything you could need. The communication with the management was easy, although I didn’t need to contact them for anything while we were there because everything was just as expected. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again the next time we’re in Lincoln City!

We loved staying in this house for our family trip to the coast. It was super clean and perfectly stocked for our needs. The view was amazing and communication with the property managers was easy and convenient. We highly recommend this home and we will be rebooking this house in the future! 💗

This house is absolutely adorable! The check in/out process was easy and owner checked in via email, which was nice. There is ample space for a lot of people and everyone enjoyed their time. We had 10 adults and 2 kiddos under 3, and we never felt cramped. We would definitely come back! Location is close to the arcade and different restaurants. The only downfall was our sheets had stains/some hair on it (looked like dog fur) and the hot tub was also a little dirty. To be fair, we didn’t reach out to the owners so we weren’t overly concerned, but just a heads up. We also couldn’t find the ping pong table, but there is a fuse ball table/small basketball game in the garage!

The property was comfortable and very relaxed. My family and I enjoyed every moment. Thank you.

The property was wonderful. Everyone in my family had access to their own bed comfortably, along with our pups. There was a few things that happened, but when I reached out to the property manager they were prompt in replying and fixing the situation.

Overall the property had a lot of positive aspects. But, it was clearly a little rundown and needed some care. We contacted the agent who was very responsive and sent people to address a few big issues. The handyman worked so hard to clear the drains, get propane, get doors working properly. Still. Inside window sills was moldy and dirty, as we opened doors and windows. While someone came and ´cleaned´the hot tub, it was still murky and we didńt venture in. One concern not addressed was the stovetop, which had a burner that was working backwards: in the off position it was on medium and emitting gas; in the medium position it was off. Fortunately, we figured it out, but it wastn’t addressed during out stay and could be quite hazardous.

We had 10 family members meet up in a Lincoln City to remember our Husband/Father/Grandfather. The house was very clean and spacious for the family. It was quiet and relaxing and the view from either deck was amazing. Thank you again!

This home has comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, and two great decks. The sunset from the top deck was amazing - thanks Oregon Coast! We enjoyed the firepit, and had a good time with board games from the house and brought from home. A good time was had by our whole family of 12 and the dogs. Thanks a bunch!

We had enough room for everyone, cooking meals together, playing games at the table, sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the fire pit. We drove the few blocks to the beach because we had little kids with us.

The house was beautiful. It was comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a big family. The view was fantastic. However, overall cleanliness was subpar. The porch leading into the garage and the garage was full of sand. The BBQ would not light without a lot of finess. The propane was also low. The hot tub had sand in it. The garbage outside had not been emptied so we didn't have any room to put ours when we left. Both couches in the living room was full of sand and candy rappers under the cushions. The couch downstairs also had a lot of sand under the cushions. The bathrooms curtain had pink mold forming at the bottom which was not appealing. There were dirty towels in the bin in the main bathroom. The shower would not drain because it was full of hair from previous tenants. The rug in front of the bedroom door downstairs was dirty and wet. When we called about these things the response was very quick and they offered to send a cleaning crew over but by that time all of our family was there and it was just too inconvenient so we cleaned as best we could. The kitchen has a lot of pots and pans that are old with teflon that was peeling with lids that don't match. We had this trip planned since February 20th and the only reason we stayed is we had to much money invested in other activities that was non-refundable. We paid $390 for cleaning fee and a lots of money for the rental and we thought you should know that the cleaning company needs to be addressed. I'll give 1 star only because of the spacious layout, location and great view. We have rented many times at different sites and this was our worst experience. Not a five star rating as advertised and there was definitely No COVID protocol at all. We don't feel good about writing this review but we feel obligated for the next guest and we are NOT doing it for the refund because at the end we enjoyed our time with our family.

We took our kids and grandkids for a short beach vacation here. It was comfortable and adequate for us. We had a great time. Not on the beach but you can still see the ocean.

House accommodated multiple families very comfortably. It has a large living room, upper deck and fire pit where everyone can gather.

Property is a nice location for a short walk down to beach, close grocery store and restaurants. The multiple patios were awesome to relax with family day and night. Would definitely rent again if Lincoln City is in plan.

We have a wonderful time with family. Location of home close in proximity to everything and the house had plenty of rooms and beds. The only thing we found was that the bedroom on the bottom floor, would not lock. Otherwise, stay was great!

Lots of beds in the house, but non of the Mattresses are comfy. All of the adults didn't sleep well, because of the firmness of them. For the amount of cleaning costs charged, the house was not clean and was pretty dirty. Other than that, the house size is nice for a large group.

loved property just wish there was more parking

Recently a group of friends and myself stayed at the surftides home. It was a very unusual house with three different levels and what we found was it was ideal for groups to get together and do different things at the same time what do you use the hot tub upstairs or in the basement watching sports and playing video games there was something to do for everybody. I really enjoyed my stay and I especially found the management company to be exceptional. We had a couple of minor things happen any Chandra time they reached out to us quickly efficiently and very very friendly. The house is missing just a small feel amount of things but nothing that would hinder you having a fantastic time on your vacation or stay. I would absolutely stay in this house again and I thought it was a great value. And I really enjoy the hot tub area it's large enough for multiple people and since it's away on the side of the house you don't bother anybody else and even a little golf game was a lot of fun to play when it up spending hours in the game room

This was an amazing home to stay in! More than I expected , very clean &’ Well put together more than enough room for everyone! The board games in the ottoman was a great touch. Hot tub was clean! I will be looking for this house next trip . It is PERFECT
