The check in process was easy and communicating with the management company was also easy.
The house is a good size and has 4 bedrooms which is nice. The “kids room” is very fun with the bunk beds and loft bed, and is a cool hangout spot for the little ones. There’s also a nice library for all ages. It was nice to have kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer that could be used.
However, the pictures of the property make it seem much nicer than it is. It’s an older house and it definitely shows when you enter. It was clean enough, but we did notice cobwebs and dust in parts of the home. Also, the drain in the tub was so corroded that we had to use a trash bag to stop water from draining when giving our kids a bath. In the kitchen, there’s a cute coffee station, but there was a jar of marshmallows that looked to have been there for quite some time because there were brown marshmallows on the bottom. The faucet in the kitchen also has very poor water pressure and one of the spouts next to it is completely non functioning. In the “kids room” it is very cold compared to the rest of the house, so if you go in winter make sure to pack extra warm clothes if sleeping in there. Finally, beware that the driveway is on an incline, and when backing out, you have to back into a busy street that has somewhat of a blind curve.
Overall it was a good place to stay and has good features, but it could use some updates, new paint, and a deep clean to make it great.

The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are set up perfectly that our family was able to hang out and be comfortable. We played a lot of games at the big dining room table! The kitchen is well stocked. The owner is very responsive and gracious. We will definitely stay again for our next trip to Prescott!

We had a lovely stay at the knotty pine. Really like the ease of getting into the homeby using a code number. It was decorated so thoughtfully and everything worked.No problems at all.

Our stay at the property was over Thanksgiving. For a group of 9, the house surprisingly was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all. The bunk room was perfect for 3 teenagers to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer were key. Unfortunately, upon our arrival Wednesday it was discovered that the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, the kitchen counters were full of crumbs etc, and the previous guests left a bunch of open dry goods behind that hadn't been thrown out. Not a big deal ... except the dirty bed linens on all the beds was an issue. Given it was Thanksgiving, we laundered all of the bedding ourselves and waited to call the host until Friday to explain the situation. They were very apologetic and discounted some of our fees. This would have been a perfect vacation had we not had to deal with the housekeeping issues.

The property was very well-maintained and clean and accommodated our family wonderfully. Might be a little challenging for handicap or elderly people due to the stairs at entry. Otherwise everything was perfect for us.

Our family loved getting away together and staying in this home. It has a great living room with a couch big enough for the 7 of us to hangout and dining table with room to sit and play games. We all had really comfortable beds to sleep in. My teenager loved the loft bed in the bunkbed room. It was perfect for reading and taking naps. I also appreciated all the hooks and towels available to use. Oh and the hottub was great too. I would love to come and stay at this house again!

Perfect home for our baseball weekend in Prescott. Boys enjoyed the hot tub after playing all day. They also loved the bunk bed room. Home was clean and had everything we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is comfortable and one of the best equipped homes we’ve stayed in. Kimberly was helpful and responsive. We loved the hot tub, living spaces, and the outdoor area. The location is very good—you will hear some traffic if you are outside because the house is on a relatively busy road. However the inside is very quiet, and the location means you are close to town—grocery store, restaurants, other Prescott sights. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was extremely well equipped, in a beautiful and convenient section of Prescott and very kid friendly. The house was nice and the yard and deck great for some outdoor time. It was perfect for our family. We will definitely rent here again.

Very nice and clean property with comfy beds. Beautiful back patio and yard. It was a nice layout for our group. My children enjoyed all the coffee options and the nice kitchen. The downstairs room was perfect for one family of 4.

I had a trip with my 5 daughters and a baby planned in Prescott. This home seemed to fit the bill with 4 bedrooms and lots of seating in the living room, and of course the hot tub!
The pluses were: location - close to all things, big home, hot tub, comfortable couches with seating for all, large kitchen table for meals and games.
The negatives were: the house wasn't clean. The floors were dusty and hadn't been swept, or vacuumed well. There was trash in many of the garbages throughout the house, the dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes, there was a cigarette butt in the drain of the bathroom sink, the 1st bedroom had black hairs and sand in the bed, indicating the sheets hadn't been changed, the dryer had towels and sheets in it - which we could have used throughout our trip had we known. Another huge concern was the 2nd bedroom has a window door to the carport and it wasn't covered, so you couldn't undress with the light on at night. There were also no window coverings on the kitchen and den windows, and there was a sketchy sheet rigged up to cover the loft bedroom window. It was super disappointing given the cost per night.
This house had great potential, if cleaned properly and the windows covered, it would have been a 5 star. The host, Kimberly, was very quick to respond when we couldn't get Netflix working, which was a user problem on our end. I would mention too that we didn't bring any issues up to Kimberly because it was late the first night when we noticed them and we were only staying an additional night. .

Nice house
Very nice cozy place. Nice quite area no one bothered you. Host was awesome. the home had everything you needed to bring your own food and you would not have to leave only if you wanted to visit downtown prescott
