The house was a great pick and a very cozy yet spacious place to visit. We were comfortable and had privacy and lots of open space to roam. Weather did not cooperate as we had hoped but that did not matter as we were sharing time together. House was clean and well furnished. We could not have asked for more from this location or from Lake Stay. Will be doing this again!

Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely come back to stay at this house. Very close to pool. The house was clean and very well maintained. We asked for early check in and without hesitation they allowed it. Carlton landing is a beautiful community and we can’t wait to come back!

This house is perfect!! It has EVERYTHING. Fully stocked with all of the appliances and things you need for your visit. It’s modern, immaculate, perfect amount of master bedrooms, powder bathroom, the cutest bunk room, tons of firewood for the fire pit (with plenty of Adirondack chairs for seating), even had a box of tumbleweed fire starters and Bic lighters too. I absolutely love the location of the house. It’s perfectly situated on a fun (but quiet) street that is across the street from the bocce ball lanes. The couches and chairs are SO comfortable where we relaxed by the fireplace and watched football. The patio has rocking chairs and a perfect view of a grassy area where we were able to watch the kids play football.
We had the BEST stay. Thank you so much!!!

This was a new home for us to experience here. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. We did not use the bunk room but it would be okay for kids to use but not adults. Very small with room for just the bunks, but kids would love it. It had a great grill and a fun fire put with lots of seating out back.

This home is beautiful and had the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen! The house is well laid out so it feels much larger than it really is. The community looks to be wonderful though nothing was happening during our stay and it was very deserted. I'd love to visit during warmer times to experience the activities and amenities offered.

The house and stay was fantabulous! Our only wishes would be that there were more than one towel per person. I have a lot of hair to dry and one towel just doesn’t do the trick. We also would have liked to have access to a dish rag and dish towel. We prepared every meal ahead of time so there were a lot of dishes to do and only paper towels to do them with. Needless to say, we went through all of the ones provided PLUS the ones we brought. Other than that, everything was perfect. Tons of room for everyone to gather and spread out if needed! The town and atmosphere was phenomenal. We will be back!

Wonderful, clean and spacious home for our large family (6 adults,6 children). The kids enjoyed playing soccer or frisbee in the large open area in front of the house. We roasted marshmallows and made s’mores over the fire pit in the back. Fall is a wonderful time to be in Carlton Landing. We will be back. Many memories made.

Very nice property in a perfect location within the neighborhood. The house was clean, had lots of space, nicely decorated, and even had a grill which some homes don’t offer. We will be back soon hopefully!

After living in Carlton Landing for a little bit and moving to Tulsa, we look forward to coming back every now and then for a visit. This home was a great home for a weekend fall break trip. Multiple beds and baths with a great common living space made this rental a perfect one for our family of 6. It would have graciously accommodated more.
