Great home for the family to gather at for a quick weekend!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. It had all the amenities we wanted and was close to town. We had a lot of fun and loved the area. The only thing that we would suggest would be more towels and trash bags. For a group our size it was not ideal.

We were a group of 15 people
(10 adults 5 children) staying from Friday to Friday
• Very clean
• Centrally located for beach access and walking into town ( longer walk)
• Spacious bedrooms
• Beautifully landscaped front and back yards.
• Everything was as pictured
All employees were very kind.
• None of the arcade games were powered up. There were no instructions. We spent a long time the first day trying to get everything to work in the game room
• The game room is a room off the dining area. It is not in the basement.
• There is NO access to the basement or to the garage. Both are locked.
• While the upstairs bedrooms are VERY spacious there is not any extra furniture besides a bed and a nightstand. There is ample room for sitting areas which would have been nice for people using those rooms.
• Regarding the two bedrooms that are attached. The far bedroom has no closet access(locked) or dresser available.
• There are “many” on/off switches. None are labeled and they are all different kinds. Some don’t work. If they were labeled a lot of time would be saved trying to figure them out.
• Extra blankets and pillows would have been nice. None provided.
• The steamer shower in master, outdoor tv, and fire pit did not work.
• We were surprised on Monday when we messaged the office for a needed repair at the house and was told no one was in on Monday so our request went unanswered for the day.

My family and I came here from Chicago to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. We had an amazing time. Everything about the house - the pool, the kitchen, the hot tub, the location is wonderful. We would definitely come back again.

Great spot that is spacious and very comfortable. The master sweet is phenomenal and the common area accommodates a large group with room to spare. We will be back.

Beautifully and comfortably appointed. Literally felt like someone’s home not just a rental. We so enjoyed the large kitchen and living room area. It was perfect for relaxing together!

My husband and our children live in Chicago and most of my family is in Northern Michigan (LP) so South Haven is a great mid-point for us to get together. We had a group of 12 adults and 3 children (2 babies & one toddler). This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, lots of room in the kitchen to hang out / cook / snack. We also really enjoyed the game room (shuffle board & arcade games!). It was a bit chilly the weekend we were there but we still took advantage of the location and walked down to the beach and around the neighborhood a few times. There is a great spot just up the street from the house to watch the sunset. We also took advantage of the pool still being open in early October. A few of us were brave enough to take a dip. The only small disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working (hosts were waiting on a part to fix it). We were really looking forward to that ammenity.
Definitely take advantage of meeting the host when you check in to get a tour and tutorial on all the technology - the blinds were a bit confusing.
All in all it was awesome. We would definitely book again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t properly heating but the game room kept us engaged! The master bedroom was a dream! Loved the bathroom. Must book again!

wonderful site; our large family cooked and ate communal meals at least twice per day. Home needs more heavy duty accessories like grab bars and towel bars and dishwashers to make experience even better. Property managers easily accessible and responsive.

Beautiful South Haven house with a view of Lake Michigan
The house is spacious and beautifully designed and decorated. With 3 families staying together everyone had enough room to be together and to be alone. The pool and game room was a big hit for everyone.
