This home was in a great location for an easy walk to the beach. It was well stocked with kitchen amenities for all of our cooking needs as well as ample dining and hang out spaces. The cleanliness and excellent communication with the property manager definitely set it apart.

I just stayed at this beautiful home! The lady found us bikes to rent supper easy. They drop off and pickup right at the house. Easy access to beach. Also great view in front and back porch. Showers were amazing great pressure. I Hurd toilet was broke and when I arrived it was already fixed. She is on her property 100% of the time. If have questions always got an answer right away. Elizabeth also gives welcome guest for every resident. Great washer and dryer. Will be back soon💕

We loved this house! The location was excellent!! Super easy 2 min walk to the beach and the layout was perfect for our party of 7. The outdoor shower was a big hit with our teens. The well stocked supply room with beach chairs and just about everything you needed for a fun day at the beach saved us when we forgot a couple of chairs from home. I would not hesitate to come back!

Great place to be a beach bum with family! The large dining room table was perfect for family, meals, and game nights on rainy evenings. Well, stocked with dishes and beach, toys, etc.… Just need to pack your clothes and go! The only change I would make is the platform, the washer and dryer sits on. It’s pretty narrow, and I almost fell off a few times. Other than that, it’s perfection!

Good location for accessing the beach and exploring the Shallotte and local beach areas. Favorite restaurants included Castaways, Inlet View and Purple Onion. Played golf at local Lockwood Folly, which was a good value, but would probably choose a different golf course next time. Host promptly responded to all inquiries, and any small issues were either addressed or noted to be addressed for future guests. The house featured an extra large dining area, which was nice for not only eating but for games, puzzles, etc. Living room area and beds were comfortable. The only downside to this property was thermostat control -- guests have to contact the host to set and/or tweak temperature during the stay; therefore, I was not comfortable contacting the host in the middle of the night to move the temperature up or down a notch. If this detail was in the description, we missed it (?) -- we have rented many homes in the past few years, and this was a new experience for us. Overall, we had a nice stay and spent some quality family time together.

We have been visiting Holden for over 10 years and this house is now one of our favorites. It has been perfectly renovated, beautiful inside and out. We loved the deck area, plenty of seating and space for everyone to relax. A short walk from the public beach access! Wonderful home. We will be visiting again soon.

Everything about this home was perfect for our family vacation. This newly renovated beach home was clean and well decorated. A short walk to the beach with ocean views from the front porch. The owner was very responsive and checked in often on our stay. We will be booking again for next year's beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The big front porch was a favorite, sitting in the shade watching the pelicans flying by! Kitchen was well equipped, and huge dining table perfect for family meals. The host was also very easy to communicate with, and attentive. Beds were comfortable too. This vacation is one for the memory books! Thank you for a great vacation spot.

This recently updated house was perfect for our needs. Great amenities, close to beach access, ocean view. The host was in touch with us often to make sure everything was up to par! We will be booking this home again for next summer.

We have been visiting Holden Beach with our family for over 10 years and this is by far our favorite stay. The house has been completely updated, perfect deck area outside, clean and equipped with just about anything you might need while visiting. The homeowner even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well too! Just a short walk to the beach. We can’t wait to book again. We had a great stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The public beach access was very close and easy to get to. The front porch was wide and with great furniture too. Elizabeth was quick to respond to all of our questions and even called to check in with the inclement weather. Definitely recommend.

We had a delightful time in Holden Beach. The Ohana Place was perfectly located for what my family needed. We had great communication with our hosts. We had a hiccup with the grill and they brought us a brand new one! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Enjoyed our stay for a last minute weekend trip. Easy access to the beach with plenty of beach gear to offer. Spacious enough for 5 teenagers and 2 parents. Loved the decor and cleanliness. We will definitely go back.

Cody family reunion
Loved it! 9 adults. Cousins who hadn't seen each other in 40 years! People kept saying it was such a nice homey feeling. Loved the outdoor shower! We also loved the layout of the front porch! Host was quick to respond to any questions. We all loved the area and can't wait to return! Found 8 sharks teeth too!

Breezy porches with great seating, ocean views, easy beach qccess, clean, comfy beds, all the little details were thought of and the common space has a table fit for all occassions. We will be back

Clean, cozy and stocked full of anything you will need
We enjoyed our stay at Ohana Place. The property was clean and well kept. Our favorite part of the home was the large front deck with plenty of seating. Our group spent a lot of time there in the evenings talking and spending much needed quality time together. We were also pleased that it was stocked with items that made our stay even better; bikes, blender, and even sunscreen in case we forgot ours. The walk to the beach was short so it was convenient to walk back for lunch or to reapply sunscreen. Finally, communication with the Evolve representative was effortless and made for a very positive experience. We will definitely return again.

Communication was excellent with the owner. The home actually felt like home. Comfortable beds, plenty of family seats at the drool worthy dining table, excellent internet service… including beach toys & chairs. We’re hoping we’ll be able to stay at Ohana Place in the future.

Perfect Getaway
OHANA PLACE
Our stay at the Ohana Place beach house in Holden Beach was phenomenal! OMG!! This house was so nice inside and out. And, it was equipped with everything that you could imagine. The only thing that we had to purchase was our groceries and toiletries. The plus size of this house is that it came with everything you could think of for the beach(chairs, tent, umbrellas, boards, beach toys and bikes for riding). It was so refreshing to have coffee on the deck and being able to look at the ocean and feel the breeze or just go for a early morning bike ride. I must say that we enjoyed our stay so much; that we’ll be planning another vacation to stay at the Ohana Place. By the way, the owner is great in responding back so promptly if you have any questions or concerns.I must say.. this was the Perfect Getaway!!
