The backyard is a beautiful oasis. The temperatures were seasonally cool while we were there so the heated pool was amazing and much appreciated!!! Great BBQ grilling area, nice outdoor furniture with fire pit and TV. Super convenient to have the outdoor bathroom. We don’t have kids but they have a pool box filled with toys if you’re traveling with little ones.Inside furnishings were really nice you have a formal space which we did not use and the comfy den like area, along with two dining areas. If you have a big family or traveling with a large group you have plenty of room for seating in this house. The Master bedroom king bed was super comfy. The en-suite bathroom is a little small but very nice. Had to do some remote work while there so the office space upstairs was really nice. Super responsive host, the snack gift pack and Brut bubbly was such a nice surprise on arrival. Beautiful property, would definitely recommend this house to others.

We were in Tampa for a short trip and rented this house for six children and three adults. Everyone loved this place, the kids enjoyed the pool and airhockey table. It was very easy to check in, we felt very safe in the nice neighborhood. We were sad our trip was to short to enjoy this beautiful house! If I ever come back to Tampa I will love stay in this house with my family!

The pictures do not do this house justice. The kids had more fun playing in the pool than anything else. We will definitely be booking this home in the future. Loved it! 😍

We returned to Tampa to visit our family and friends. With 5 of us, we are too much of an imposition to stay with anyone, so we picked this VRBO. It was stellar. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. WAY better than a hotel. We made coffee in the morning, lounged by the pool, went to the beach, deep sea fishing, a Rays game, Busch Gardens…everything. We cooked meals, we ordered in, we got up early, we slept in, we stayed up late, we went to bed early….We didn’t turn on the TV all week! It was JUST like being home. We would definitely stay again. We stayed here with our adult children and grandchildren while visiting Tampa. The home has a fabulous layout; there is always somewhere to go if you need a moment to yourself. The childrens' room is decorated in a Star Wars theme which my grandson loved, and his 2 twin younger siblings were both able to fit in there as well with their 2 portable cribs. There are plenty of towels, linens and pillows, and a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, and even had a cooler we were able to use for a picnic. The children items are too numerous to list, but just a few included a stroller, portable crib, high chair, play yard panels and foam floor to keep the toddlers contained, floaties for babies, and numerous pool toys, books, games, and even more. There is a gas grill and blackstone flat top for cooking in the spacious, covered heated pool area, not to mention a nice fire table to sit around and enjoy the outdoors. The only possible thing I could think of that would add to this home would be sharp knives (or a knife sharpener), and maybe another cutting board (the one provided is granite). Everyone had such a wonderful time here and our grandchildren loved their time in the pool. The only disappointing part of the stay was having to leave. Highly recommend for families of all sizes and generations!

This location is perfect. The amenities are phenomenal. They don't give themselves enough credit for what they provide. Clean, roomy, comfortable beds and so much more. Location is so close to so much!! We enjoyed the pool area. Used the griddle every morning to make breakfast for 10 people. We highly recommend and if we ever go back and have a big group, no doubt this is where we would choose to stay again. Basically if we needed it, THEY HAD IT!!!!
