It was nice lots of room for a mtb trip at summit

Everything was exactly what we expected from the photos, we enjoyed our stay. I wish they used a passcode system for entry, having to pick up and drop off keys was the only minor inconvenience for the whole experience.

Beautiful home! Lovely neighborhood. Only issue was ants in the kitchen and bathroom! They attacked our food and got worse as the weekend went on.

Positive:Pretty quiet neighborhood! Good parking area! Negative: pool table room was flooded, spiders & spiderwebs on the ceiling & ants around kitchen area.

When we checked into the property around 4:30 PM, it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous renters. Walked into a dirty house, dirty towels, dirty bedding, dirty kitchen, sticky placemats on the table, overall disgusting. After three calls to the rental company, housekeepers thankfully showed up, but we didn’t have access to the house until late that evening and weren’t able to have a family dinner or enjoy our first night of vacation. I have requested to be reimbursed for the first night from the rental company and it has been more than a week since we checked out and I still have not heard back from them. Poor communication. Even once the housekeepers cleaned it, the kitchen is old and everything in the cupboards was dirty. Prior renters had left Pots and pans and large dishes, dirty and greasy and I’m guessing because of the unforeseen housekeeping issue, no one checked that before we took over the house. Needless to say, we spent way too much time cleaning in the kitchen to enjoy family dinners . Lost an entire night at the house for the most part. If we only wanted a place to sleep, we would have stayed down the mountain for a fraction of the price. Stressful and disappointing start to our vacation. House has a lot of potential, but the kitchen is dirty, needs a deep clean, and a coat of paint at a minimum.

We enjoyed our stay. The premises was clean and comfortable. The location was near all shopping and recreation areas. Thank you.

This was such a great space for me, my fiancé, our 2 year old, and our dogs. The location couldn't have been better. It's on a quiet little street, but very close to everything. There's a park good for dogs and kids about 5 walking minutes away. And most anything you'd want is within 5 driving minutes. Our trip was in July when the outside weather was warm, but nice. The only issue I had with this place is that it was warmer inside that it was outside and terribly difficult to cool. When I read the listing, it said heating, but nothing about AC. I just assumed it was there. It's not. So just keep that in mind when booking. (Again, that's my own fault for misreading the listing) Everything else was just as advertised. We would definitely love to come back.
