Everything in the unit was dirty

The room had a great view and ward realty was excellent to work with. The air conditioner was loud and the room was dated but we had a great time

The location was perfect, and the view was amazing, however, I would have liked the unit to have been cleaned better. The shower and floors were not cleaned, the shower head was dirty, (management didn’t replace it after we called and they cleaned it, my husband went out and bought bleach and cleaned it again) the kitchen had crumbs all over the counter, the coffee pot was dirty (we bought a new one) the bed in the bedroom sink in and up when we laid down. The AC unit sounded like an airplane was in the unit. The vents for the ac have black mold as well. Overall we were not pleased. We made do with the unit after we cleaned the bathroom and the floors but we will not return. The management company was very receptive.

This condo was the perfect location! Our stay was amazing! It was nicely appointed and decorated and was just what we needed for our week at the beach!!!

Check in was smooth. Condo is close to shopping and restaurants. Security at the gate every day and patrolled grounds. Very friendly. Grounds are top notch and clean. The pool was amazing. It was 5ft deep max and didn’t allow large flotations. Condo inside is just as pictured. Condo was spotless. Tv didn’t work at first but was just a tripped socket. Hit the reset on the outlet and good to go. Great view. Close and east parking. Two flights of steps as it’s a middle unit of 3. Would definitely return. Best condo so far for the area. Don’t hesitate.

Great property
The condo was accurately represented online. The parking is covered only if you are in the 1st floor condo. The views are beautiful. The walk to the beach is quite short. Pool area was clean and very nice.

Everything was just as described. We loved it. The ONLY downside was the unconfortable past-its-prime bed in the primary bedroom.

Very wonderful experience
We had a great experience. Loved the surf condos. The only part I strongly disliked was the on-site laundry facility was dirty and didn't go with the rest of the condos. But other than that we plan to stay next year.

Nicely equipped properly, clean and has good view of the ocean.
