Everything was as pictured if not better. Home is very spacious and open. Outside living area and pool were just what we needed in the evenings after running around town. Loved that the plant life was on the outside line of the property and rocks were around pool which cut down on the mosquitos tremendously. When we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again. Property had everything we needed plus and iTrip was very responsive with any questions we had.

We loved all the room. There was space for all to sleep, and the pool was awesome!

Close to beaches and restaurants, this was the perfect place to host our summer trip. Highly recommend!

Very impressed by this property. The original part of the house is older but a nice job has been done on the remodel. The addition on the back is fantastic - very open and airy. The backyard is like a resort and very private. The neighborhood is older but is fairly centrally located.

We loved our stay here as a family of 5! The majority of our time was spent in the pool here - the backyard is large, private and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for us and our kiddos ages 5-8. The home is clean, updated and had many amenities that made it feel like home which we greatly appreciated. Bed sheets and towels were soft and beds were comfortable! Very open layout and tastefully decorated. It felt so peaceful here. If I’m being picky, I should mention that the home has very minor quirks; no en-suite bathroom for the master and one step up/down in places that are inconvenient (from master to nearest bathroom). Bradenton traffic was far busier than we expected so make sure to give yourself ample time when going a mile or two down the road. Outside of those minor inconveniences we loved being here and would definitely come back.

The home was beautiful and looked just like the photos. We had four adults and three children (one baby) stay in the house. Everyone was comfortable with more than enough space. Back yard and pool are beautiful! Home even had beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for trips to the beach.

Would stay again.

Overall the property was very nice and well kept. The pool was very hot and constantly had leaves in it. The neighbors were also very rude to us while we swam in the pool. It was still a good trip and we enjoyed ourselves.

The pictures did not do justice. Very clean, very wide open spaces made my family of six (4 teenagers) feel very at home. Extremely comfortable, very close to all beaches and restaurants. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in extremely handy as did the cooler provided. We wished we would have been able to stay longer and will not be our go to place for family vacations. Management team was very accomodating and helpful with a few issues that came up but overall, will rate this place 10/10

This house was perfect for us and our guests! There was plenty of space and the home looked just like the photos! Note: the bedroom that they have listed as the Master is better used as a guest room because of its location in the house. There are 2 bedrooms and the newly renovated bathroom in one hallway and then the other King room is located on the other side of the home along with the bathroom with 2 sinks! This was perfect for us as my husband and I were there for a week for our honeymoon and then the second week of our stay we had a couple of family member stay with us for a family vacay! The pool is hard to keep clean and the pool guy failed to come out throughout our entire stay even after we brought it up to management but other than that our stay was wonderful. The neighbors are quiet and friendly and the street is great if you like to go running in the mornings. Super close to the bay and only about 10-15 minutes from Anna Maria Leland depending on the traffic.

I liked that it did not take away too much of the overall pool space so the adults were still able to enjoy themselves. All in all a great house to stay at.

I’m addicted to searching VRBO to find the best house that I can for our vacations and preferably don’t like to stay in the same place twice. It will be hard pressed to top this one though. Wife and I will probably want to rent this one again. Made management team aware of a minor issue when we arrived so we wouldn’t be blamed upon departure. They responded quickly and offered to correct it for our stay but we declined the offer since it was very minor.

We opted for a relaxing boat cruise around Sarasota Bay and a thrilling airboat tour, where we saw dozens of gators! Both outings were just a quick drive away, and if you're visiting Bradenton, I recommend outdoor activities while you're here. As a first-timer, I was taken by how beautiful the region is — but the REAL GEM is this property! Wow, the backyard is like a private oasis, with a spacious pool, lots of seating, and tons of privacy. Inside, the main living room is a perfect place for gathering and sharing a meal with loved ones. The layout of the house allows you to get away for a quick catnap or if you need a moment away from the kids. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed, and there are many grocery stores nearby if you want to prepare food at home. The kids would run around catching lizards, we were in the pool all day and at night we would have a fire and do smores and night swimming. The livingroom had doors that opened all the way to the pool so when the adults wanted to chill the kids could still swim and be heard and seen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. This place was very close to family we will definitely book this place next time we get a chance to visit them.
