Excellent location! Just steps to the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We had a great time! Definitely cramped with our family of 4, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Our kids are young so it was doable, but with older kids it would be a tight squeeze. The pool was the best part!!

The condo itself was pretty nice, but the cleanliness could have been better. (Mattress protector looked nasty and the bath mat was damp and smelled terrible. The lack of an elevator made getting your belongings to your room difficult with a small child going up and down the stairs. I was over-all pleased with the location in proxemity to the beach, but the view from the balcony wasn't the best. The location of this condo being at the end of the hall where the door to the main entrance to the second floor made it a bit difficult trying to get your stuff in. It was difficult trying to keep the key turned while opening the door with your other hand full of things and getting in,

Very pleased with the property and location. Easy access to stores, beach and attractions . Loved having the pool, which was kept very well and people were friendly

Overall it was just what we needed for 2 nights in OC where we weren’t planning on being there much. Very close to the beach and felt clean. I will say the building seemed a bit run down and location wise maybe a bit sketchy at night. It is right behind a Dennys which isn’t ideal. I would say for an adults weekend it’s fine for the price but definitely wouldn’t stay any longer also wouldn’t bring kids.
