Wonderful property. Close to the clubhouse. Had all the amenities that we wanted.

The ease of renting this property was incredibly easy. The property manager was communicative and laid out everything perfectly for us. We loved the home and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Reservation and Check in was a Snap !!! The property was well appointed and right on #1 fairway of The Ledges. There were three couples and we all enjoyed a King Bed Suite and it had plenty of room left if we had brought the rest of our families. Great Place....Would Definitely Recommend. p.s.--don't forget to get your supplies before heading out to The Ledges so you don't have to go back.

Each rental property has been clean, well-stocked, and very well maintained.Ledges Rental Manager, Dan Dekker and his staff do an outstanding job of guiding a customer through rental paperwork process. They continue to keep you informed by email and phone text to make sure you have the map directions, home amenities, local activities. Even texted during your stay to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. It's this attention to detail that makes the experience so positive.More importantly, Dan Dekker's kind, positive, people-oriented attitude in making the customer feel special is second to none. Dan is aways available to make sure your stay is one of the best experiences ever.We return a couple times a year, especially on our anniversary month, (this year marks our 46th Anniversary). It's just a nice Homey get a way to rest and relax. We love watching the golfers on the beautifully maintained Golf course.We usually take in a play at Cedar Cities Shakespeare Theater, as we did this time, making for a totally Great vacation.We love it at the Ledges because it has everything, Great rentals, Super Club House dinners, and close to everything.Happy customer that will be returning.

This is a fabulous place - it has plenty of room to be together and lots of room for privacy or smaller groups to gather. The house and the facilities were great!

This place was great. Well set up for 5 couples, with each getting a bathroom. The layout and cleanliness was great. Southern Utah is wonderful and this place was a great jumping point for all of the activities. The host was very responsive to any issue we had. Highly recommended.

Awesome house!

11 seniors on a 4-day golf trip. Location is wonderful. Convenient to everything. We found the place spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable. Property managers were very communicative and helpful. We will return and highly recommend it to others.

This was perfect for our family sibling trip. Plenty to do near by, but comfortable enough to just hang out and catch up on each other’s lives.

Awesome house!

The Utah Home was beautiful. Loved the spaciousness of the rooms. Kids loved the basketball hoop and the putting green. We were able to grill out as well. The parents loved the toys and baby stuff provided. We did need some help with towels and coffee pot and mugs as there were 9 adults but only a 4 cup coffee maker and 6 coffee mugs but that was remedied within less than 2 hours. A few suggestions from the group...very sunny there in St George and the window shades are not light blocking so when the sun came up it was very bright - would definitely suggest some light blocking shades for the east rooms. Also, all the bathrooms could use more hooks to hang clothes and wet towels as there were only 2 in each bathroom and the house accommodates a large number of people. . The part of our group that stayed in the lower level said they needed a fan (ceiling) in the room for circulation. Seems like a lot of suggestions but the house was amazing overall ...not too long of a list for 14 people! Loved it!! Would definitely come back!

The home was spacious and well stocked with great bedrooms/suites to retreat to after a long day of riding. The location was perfect with quick access to the bike trail and many gorgeous routes. We enjoyed watching the golfers roll by while enjoying cocktails from the large outdoor living space. Look forward to going back!
