We had a wonderful stay with our family. Everything was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our party of 8. We really appreciated all of the cozy blankets and the hot tub, and the large front porch was so much fun for the kids to play on. The house came with so many other nice touches too, like a selection of books, many board games, swim/beach towels, and even a couple of playground balls. The location was perfect for a Wimberley getaway. It felt secluded and private, with beautiful views of the night sky, but all of the destinations we wanted to visit (Old Baldy, Cypress Creek, Jacob's Well, Blue Hole) were less than a 15 minute drive away. Communication with the host was a breeze. They checked in regularly and were very responsive to questions via text. I would definitely recommend this home to any family traveling to Wimberley!

We were trying to contact management to get into the house a bit earlier than check-in time at 4pm, but they didn't respond very quick. The instruction book inside the house said check-in time is 3pm and checkout is 11am. Different than VRBO's times. There were things that were dirty including dishes. A large centipede was crawling around on the kitchen floor one evening. A bit startling. The only "views" was from the front porch and it was not hill country views. That was disappointing. Master king bed rolled uncomfortably. Other beds were average, not wonderfully comfortable. The house is large and sleeps many. Front porch is nice to sit out on but it's not covered and the rain kept us inside. A/C was good. Close to town.

Clean, comfortable and peaceful!

A nice, spacious home that can sleep 10, however, the furnishings were inadequate for even our group of six. For example, there are only 5 coffee mugs in the house and the uncomfortable sofa and two chairs in the living area did not provide comfortable seating for 6. More attention to cleanliness would help. The hot tub was dirty and there was debris and lack of care to the weeds very close to the house. Also, I was told there was a Keurig coffee pot. There was a small off brand pod coffee maker that was broken prompting an emergency run into town the first morning for ground coffee.I do not recommend this VRBO.
