Very nice place, well appointed. We enjoyed morning walks and proximity to local attractions.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at this property. We were a family of 4 so the space was more than adequate and we could have most definitely had another family stay with us. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit and my children loved the private pool - although small it was perfect for them to cool off during the heatwave. We actually only visited the clubhouse once as they found playing around in this pool was all they needed. The one problem was that the location advertised a BBQ but there was none when we arrived. We asked for one within the first hour of arriving, but one was never delivered. Not a dealbreaker, but would have been nice to cook on while we were there. Overall we loved this place and would most definitely recommend to people looking for privacy and extra space within close proximity to Disney.

Overall I would say it’s a great place to stay, and I’d do it again. Awesome GE appliances, stove even has a built in air fryer. However, ice maker in fridge did not work (big disappointment) and water filter suggested it was wayyyy overdue for a filter change. House was clean, beautifully decorated, bright and airy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. My biggest complaint would be the lack of kitchen basics….for example- no pot holders, no baking sheet and the only utensils (other than basic silverware) were 2 sets of tongs, a whisk and a spatula. No stirring spoons, measuring spoons/cups, colander, etc. Regarding small appliances: there is a toaster, a juicer, a blender, and a coffeemaker. The coffeemaker is provided with a reusable coffee filter, but it is old and takes about 30 minutes to brew a pot. This is also the only thing I discovered was not clean. My suggestion to management would be to provide more of the things people expect in a home-away-from-home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, the property is beautiful, and the clubhouse was absolutely wonderful. I’d recommend to others and fully intend in staying here again.

The property was great except for the fact that the description indicated there was a grill to use at no additional charge. Upon arrival there was no grill anywhere on the property and on the check in screen it advised there was a fee to use the grill. I called the property manager on the first night of arrival and was told it was an after hours answering service but that a ticket would be opened and I would be contacted the next day. I called again the next day and was told that a text was sent to the manager and I would receive a call back. I never got any call returned and we had no grill all weekend. We bought food specifically to grill. There were no pans at all to be able to use the oven. Very disappointing.

This was a lovely, spacious property and we enjoyed our stay with no serious issues or concerns. All rooms were contemporarily, simply, and beautiful decorated. Kids rooms were cute. The common area facilities of pools, lazy rivers, bars, gym, etc was a lovely accommodation for us and other families. Negatives: The grill was not provided at no additional cost, as the listing reported, but could be supplied for an additional $30. We've stayed in properties like these annually for many years, and they usually have a bit more in the way of kitchen supplies... Such as, there was no cookie sheet, no spatula, no sponge/dishrag, & no measuring utensils of any kind. We made do, but these are typical items that could be provided to make a stay more comfortable for cooking families.

Our family stayed here for our Disney vacation and loved it. Everyone had their own room (which were all spacious) and one was on the first floor which was great for grandma. The pool at the townhouse is very small but the kids had fun either way. We spent a day at the public pool which is big, has a couple slides and lazy river. They also have a clubhouse where you could order food, drinks etc. The rest of the days we spent at Disney parks which are an easy drive, about 15 min away.

We rented the property for 2 weeks after the hurricane left us without electricity and some. house damage. It was just like the description and we were not disappointed. There was plenty of space for me to set up my office in a quiet place and still have plenty of room for everyone else. My mom enjoyed the pool multiple times a day. When it turned cold I requested it to be heated through the app at 7 in the morning and they came first thing to turn it on. Although I am sure a lot of people rent here so they are close to Disney we just enjoyed relaxing, making family dinners, enjoying the pool and just having a fun family time. Will definitely be back.
