Cozy, Newly renovated, immaculate, and super comfortable beds… The pellet stove was soooo easy to use and it made the environment wonderful! The home exceeded our expectations and when I had one questions the owners helped me immediately and they are incredibly kind!! We can’t wait to return! Thank You!!!! Sharon and Family:)

Our group of 8 had an amazing time at this house. The fall colors were gorgeous, and we were only a 15 minute drive from the popular Franconia ridge hike. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the living area was cozy and full of games. Our favorite part was the front window which gave a beautiful view of the foliage. Franconia was a fun place to explore, and nearby Littleton was also great for shopping and eating. We can’t wait to be back in the White Mountains soon!

Great communication and easy checking in and out. We’ll be back when we don’t have a wedding at the Horse & Hound and can enjoy more gorgeous hikes!

Great property. Will rent again. I’ve stayed in lots of short term rentals and this one clearly was well thought out and managed by professionals. Everything had been thought of, labeled and organized. Great stay!

Great house! Very clean and had everything you needed. We have rented houses for years and this was the most well stocked house. They really thought of everything. Great location and perfect size for our family of 9!

This beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and super-equipped home was a dream getaway for our family of 2 adults and 6 kids. There was so much to do on site, the kids were busy non-stop. With over 30 different games to choose from plus a hockey and soccer table and the huge front and back gardens to run around in, there was never a boring moment! And that's besides for the breathtaking views and refreshing mountain air... Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dream family getaway!

Great house and had just about all the amenities

What a lovely house. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable as were the other living spaces. There were an abundance of card games, board games, table games and puzzles. Everything was in good working order so I had limited contact with the hosts, however, I texted them for check in instructions and when I checked out and Deirdre seemed very pleasant.

It was well cleaned and stocked with a wide variety of games, kitchen tools and small utensils and good appliances all around. The view of Cannon & Lafayette in the front picture window is wonderful.

We arrived in winter (10 inches new snow) and departed on March 18 with almost 70 degree weather. So we experienced a wide range of outside adventures! The location is terrific with outstanding views from the home looking south toward the Franconia Ridge, and Mts. Lafayette, Cannon and Mittersill and north into woods. The owners think of everything from lots of kitchen supplies, games, staple foods and seasoning and clear "how to use" directions easily accessible around the home. Within a short distance our family (3 generations) were able to ski at Loon, Cannon and Bretton Woods, snow shoe around the home and nearby trails, and hike along the Meadowbrook and Coppermine trails. Our son and two young grandsons also enjoyed skiing down the Tuckerbrook trail--a popular back woods trail. We ate in most days but enjoyed dinner at the Littleton Freehouse Taproom and Eatery and our son and daughter in law had a night out in Lincoln. Lots of convenient places to shop for food in Franconia or nearby Littleton. However, the home is comfortable and welcoming and nice to stay by the fireplace and window!

We rented this property as a surprise gift for my mom's birthday. Great proximity to several mountains and a perfect fit for the 6 of us (plus my golden, Ellie). Smooth check-in process, the property was well stocked with linens/towels/blankets/kitchen essentials. Cute little pellet fireplace in the living room warmed us right up when we arrived on Friday. The view of (Cannon?) mountain from the living room is everything. We enjoyed playing foosball and air hockey in the garage Friday night. We took the quick drive up to Dog Mountain on Saturday and snowshoed one of the trails. The garage was the perfect place to hang anything wet from the snow upon our return. The dining room fit the 6 of us comfortably, and the open layout allowed an easy transition from kitchen to dining room and from dining room to kitchen. The house is not too far a drive off the highway and there was no shortage of entertainment: from the garage air hockey and foosball, to the living room built in stocked with a large variety of games, to the Roku/Netflix available on the tv. Overall, it was an enjoyable weekend for all of us and needless to say, our golden was very bummed when it came to a close.

Great location near Cannon mountain. Comfortable home with everything we needed for our two families. Owners were very communicative and accommodating. We will be back

We had an awesome time renting this house! Perfect spot to go hike from and come back to relax. Deidre was also very understanding and kind when we rushed for check out process and accidentally took the key with us (later returned). Would recommend and would rent again!
