Great layout and location - clean.

Comfortable. Great layout. Comfy beds and couches.

Very clean, water is hot and pressure is great. We used this space for our Disney trip and it was close to the parks and offered a quiet stay in the evenings.

Things we liked:The spaceThe locationThe area was very quiet Lots of towelsIn unit washer and dryer Plenty of appliances were available - coffee pot, iron, vacuum, toaster, etc Things we didn’t like:Reached out in advance to see if we could get a FedEx delivery and was told it should be fine, but it definitely was not and took a lot of leg work for me to figure out how to get my package Lack of general cleanliness - at check in, the unit didn’t seem to have been cleaned well. While beds were made and things seemed organized, my son got an earring from the bedding poked in his head when laying down. My daughter found hair on the floor in her bedroom and there was hair on the floor in one of the bathrooms. Hair seemed to also be in the bedding as well. Dishes may have been clean, but it was questionable. We washed everything before using just due to the other things we noticed. Internet only seemed to work well in the living room. The bedrooms were slow, if it worked at all. Faucets were dated and were not intuitive for the temperature. The kitchen sink, for example, had to be placed in the middle straight up to get hot. Some blinds were missing panels. In more than one room. We didn’t want to touch them or open them for fear of creating any additional damage. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was spacious for our large family (we had 2 adults and 5 children for this trip). We had what we needed and the communication in advance of our trip was good.
