Property was SUPER clean. Had every amenity you could ask for. Couldn't have had a more wonderful time.

Pros: Location was great for a Disney/Universal trip and the space was plenty for a group of 8. Loved having 3 bathrooms. A little outdated but overall clean. Cons: communication with the property management was very slow and we also did not get a reply with an issue we had about using the pool. The key to the pools would not work so we weren’t able to use them. It may have been slow since this property is managed by a United Kingdom company. We also had issues with the A/C which we didn’t have for one of the nights but was fixed the next day but then had issues off and on. It finally was completely fixed the day before the end of our stay. Overall now that the A/C is fixed we would stay here again as long as we could figure out the pool issues. It is worth it for the location and space for a big group.

We enjoyed our 2023 stay for 4 weeks. Two large rooms and two kid’s rooms worked for our visitors. The place was clean, comfortable and the dinner implements were great. We really enjoyed our location and time spent there.

A nice roomy place for the family to stay. We visited family while down there so it was very central to where we wanted to be.

Very spacious for our family of 7. Very close to the Disney entrance and all stores and restaurants are conveniently located. We had no intentions on cooking but kitchen was fully stocked to do so. I emailed about a issue and received a response back almost immediately. If you’re looking for luxury this is not for you. If you’re looking for a clean rental with tons of space, book! Don’t forget to pack your essentials ie., paper towels, tissue, hand soap, trash bags. It is supplied but not enough to last for a large family for 5 nights. Will definitely book again for the great rates.

We stayed in January for a Disney trip. The condo was amazing! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, nice large living room and very clean! It is close to the parks, restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Orlando!

This was a perfect fit for our family of 8. 15 mins to the Disney parks. Very good communication and very accommodating since they allowed us to stay an extra night when our flight was canceled due to weather (Nicole) we loved staying here and highly recommend it for a family.

A beautiful and clean place to stay. The separate rooms were very nice for privacy at the end of long, adventurous days. Everyone had enough pillows, blankets and towels! The only thing we had to purchase was any food we needed and toilet paper. We definitely will be staying here again in the future!

This really was a missed opportunity to make our stay memorable. After driving for over 16 hours, we were really looking forwarding to some much needed sleep. In one of the self-contained suites, there were hairs all over the bed and pillows. Upon checking, 3 of the 4 rooms had the same issue. A person in our party fell asleep immediately so we were unable to confirm state of the 4th room. We contacted the host and he offered to send someone over to change the sheets but we already had plans to wash them.
Very minimal starter items, no trash bags provided, no sponge to wash dishes but a small dishwasher packet was provided. Quite a few ants on the kitchen counter tops. Would recommend getting ant spray if you are cooking and want to leave your food out.
Poor wifi strength also. Signal did not extend to main suites at the back of the house. This was extremely inconveniencing when trying to plan activities.
The home is exactly as pictured and very close to shopping centers and theme parks. Community amenities available for a chill afternoon.
