We absolutely loved visiting Florence, Italy. The apartment is exactly as it appears in pictures. City Center is easily walked to; the area around has markets, restaurants and bars that are easily accessed. The charm of this apartment only enhanced our stay in Florence.

Property was excellent. Host was very responsive. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again.

Easy check-in, and the beds were comfortable. All rooms had air conditioning which was a very nice feature. Well laid out apartment.

Apartment is clean and beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. Directions to garage were confusing. We were given a key that opened the neighboring garage. when lost and thinking we were in the wrong garage (no matching pictures), we called owner - my father who speaks Italian was asking for help in Italian and still unable to get directions. Owner hung up on us due to being at work. We were stuck waiting for a long time lost in a garage - sending texts, phone calls, what's app messages and what's app phone calls .Finally, her son called me. It was determined we were in the wrong garage and then getting out of the garage was difficult given the key opened the entrance gate and not the exit gate. Finally, we arrived at the apartment and then the cleaning staff asked for more time and we were waiting to enter the apartment. It was a disastrous start to our visit. We met super nice caring neighbors, but we missed our winery tour given the garage wasted an hour and then we had to wait to get into the apartment. We asked for a discount given the dilemma and we were especially upset when the owner hung up on my dad when we were lost. All we asked for was a discount to cover the cost of the winery tour we missed (20 E x 3 people). It was denied by owners son.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento tre giorni. Struttura pulita e comoda. Due stanze e due bagni Soluzione ottimale. Vicina al centro ,,10 minuti a piedi. Anche se non si vuole arrivare in centro la zona offre davvero tanto per mangiare e bere Consigliato

The neighborhood is close to the attractions, but just far enough away to be a friendly non-touristy neighbourhood. There are excellent, inexpensive restaurants and grocery stores close by. If I could, I'd live there!
