Very convenient

Clean, spacious, modern and relaxed

Front door beeping everytime you came in, I was worry about disturbing others.

Our room had a private garden. I just wish they would focus on making it cute. It is not really taking cared of. But it was very nice and made it look bigger. Rooms are very tiny. Clean but no space to open luggages. Receptionist were alright. Not too friendly. Friendly was the French-American bartender from across the street with your welcoming drink after your check in. Super smart guy, a engineer, hard working, focused on his work, handsome and very friendly. Forget to exchange contact just for future conversations. For sure would become I good friend. My family liked him too. Location was good as well. Would come back.

No space and cleaning people would come in to the room after one knock. 4 days in a row they just walked in.

Location was great; we had to move rooms due to an issue with the first one and then second room we had at the rear of the main building was spacious and quiet.

The first room we had was in a separate building around the corner, at basement level with poor natural light from high level single glazed windows - it felt damp and we could hear trams loudly. It did not meet the expectations of what I had booked or the money we had paid. Also the staircases were all steep and there was no lift - it was okay for us but might be an issue for other guests.
