What can I say, just outstanding. Right on the beach and loads of space in all the rooms. Helga was brilliant with our requests and so quick at responding . She got us in touch with a chef who did a bbq and another night 3 course dinner which were both amazing. She is such a lovely person. Peter the caretaker was on hand if you needed any help. Walking distance to beach bars/ restaurants and a small supermarket. We got Ubers to Marbella and further afield. We were aged between 1 to 80 and we all loved it, none of us wanted to go home. We hope to be back very soon.

Our family group of 15 had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. It is every bit as gorgeous as it looks in the photos. Helga, the property manager, and Peter, the groundsman, were great to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. The views, the pool, the beach on your doorstep, the outdoor dining area......so hard to pick a favourite thing about staying here.

We are a group of lifelong friends who stayed at this villa for a week for some ‘special birthday’ celebrations - and it most certainly didn’t disappoint - it was absolute paradise!!! The villa was really stunning, with everything you could ask for and more. The outside spaces were outstanding. The views are truly to die for - with a wonderful panoramic sea view that was second to none!! From the partially shaded dining area looking out over that beautiful sea, to the fabulous pool with shelved seating right round it - to the bar & BBQ area with seating under the cool of the trees - every area was heaven! The grounds were extensive, gardens magnificent, and the loungers and cushions were luxury!! The rooms were lovely, some utterly exceptional. The dining room & living room were so lovely and very comfortable and the kitchen was brilliant, with ample equipment and the very best of equipment throughout. It felt safe and very secure, and not far from Estepona centre / marina (10 mins in a taxi max). All in all, can’t speak highly enough of this villa. It was so special and would love to be back sometime in the future! Thanks to Helga for all the smooth planning and communication both before and during our stay - and to Peter who was a gentleman and extremely helpful whenever we needed him! We had the best holiday we could have wished for!!

This is by far the best Villa in Estepona. Helga’s property was so nice, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again it. We stayed here with a family of 16 over Christmas. The sea views and the sound of the waves first thing in the morning are to die for. We really enjoyed how modern the interior of the house looked. The care taker Peter was also very attentive and helpful. He is such a kind and gentle soul. The property manager is also very attentive and responded on time even though she was also on holiday with her family. I cannot say enough of this property and the customer service.My family was sad when it was time to go, we really enjoyed Our Christmas vacation at this place. Thank you!!!
