Dear Henk, dear Ellen, we really enjoyed our stay in your apartment. The check-in works perfectly, as does the friendly communication with you. On request, we were also provided with the baby chair for our stay. In the evening you can end the day in the hot tub. With a toddler you have to be a little careful, because the stairs to both the apartment and the bedroom do not have a railing on both sides. Machelen, Zulte is a small cute town with bakeries, a post office, a garden shop and small restaurants. Some of the restaurants are not open every day, so it is advisable to go out for dinner at your destination. In terms of distance, Machelen is a good starting point for destinations such as Bruges, Ghent, Blankenberge, Knokke-Heist, Kortrijk and Antwerp by car. We will keep this holiday in beautiful memory! I enjoyed very much my stay in Henk's guesthouse in Zulte. The unit is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and very nicely located. Shopping and other amenities are nearby, as is access to the heartland of flandrian cycling. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse.
