Vacation Home "La Roqueta" with Garden, Terrace & Wi-Fi
Das Ferienhaus La Roqueta befindet sich in Guardamar del Segura dreißig Autominuten von Alicante entfernt im Osten Spaniens. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus 100 Quadratmetern, aufgeteilt in ein Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 3 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Bäder und ein Halbbad und bietet somit Platz für 6 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem WLAN, ein Satellitenfernseher, eine Waschmaschine und ein Hochstuhl.
Der Außenbereich ist für die private Nutzung der Gäste bestimmt. Er besteht aus einem Garten, einer teilweise überdachten Terrasse mit vielen Möbeln zum Entspannen und einem Grill.
Der Strand Platja Centre ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt (115 m). Das nächstgelegene Restaurant ist nur 10 Meter entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (280 m) und eine nahe gelegene Bar ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (350 m). Der Flughafen Alicante ist 25 Autominuten entfernt (30 km), der Flughafen Murcia ist 35 Autominuten entfernt (40 km).
Straßenparkplätze sind vorhanden.

Pros: This was our 3rd stay at this property,which pretty much speaks for its self. A lovely spacious home from home with everything that you would need when on holiday. A couple of times we have had to get in touch with manuel(the owner), while we were there, and straight away he was there to help,once when we needed the gas bottle changed,and also this last time we locked ourselves out,but Manuel came straight away. I would recommend this property it would also be great for familys,literally 1 minute across the road and you are on the beautiful beach.

Pros: Het huisje was volledig naar onze zin. Voldoende ruimte, fris zelfs zonder airco. Tip: tuinmeubilair is aan vervanging toe.

Pros: Rented the Villa in June 2017. The Villa is lovely! All equipped for comfort. The Villa is located in a distance from the city center, the place is quiet, not crowded. The nearest supermarket is a 5-7 minute walk. to the supermarket Mercadona, 15 minutes. Sea 50 meters from the Villa. Gorgeous beach, sand, shallow entry into the sea, which is very convenient for families with children. Across the street a nice restaurant Casablanca with sea views. Food good. On some evenings pleasant live music. Rental villas we talked with Manuel Espinosa. He met us, handed over the keys to the Villa, all shown inside, told how to use it. Was in constant communication. Once a week, linen changed and towels. Only one disadvantage - it was very stuffy in the house when the heat came. I wish the owners to equip air conditioning or at least to purchase a floor fan. We recommend the Villa for families with children. Thank you!

Pros: the proper needed updating and also badly needed ceiling fans or air conditioning
we also found things had not been checked before we arrived
the hairdryer and toaster had broken and etc
the beds very comfortable and the linen lovely and clean everything near by beach and shops etc
ten minute walk from town
also the property owner was very helpful in replacing items
he gave us a bottle of wine to make up for our trouble
