This house was very clean, has a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent WiFi. Great pool and some noodles/floats that held air. I would suggest anyone considering this house map the location before your arrival. It is HIDDEN. (After you find 4th Street drive between the two white mailboxes at the end of the Cul de sac on the left side, it's about 1000 feet from there to the house, almost impossible to find in the dark hahaha). Well worth the effort though.
Unfortunately the AC went out on day 6 of our10 day stay. (107 to 110 degree days and 85 at night. To say the least it was being taxed to keep up.) The five of us were relocated to another rental nearby but there was no on-site pool and WiFi in the substitute rental was on it's last leg.

Overall the home was very nice and spacious. The AC worked fabulous which was major fr our family. Linens were all clean and all beds were very comfortable. A few negative aspects there is ZERO lighting in pool area or pool so if you are planning on enjoying in the evenings hope you like the dark. Contacted VRBO and Vacassa and nothing was done in th 3 days. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!! Tash cans outside were all full when we got there. No trash bags and the complimentary laundry detergent container was empty. Along the front path there was a planter that was left full of dog poop. Grill was vry dirty and even had meat from previous people stay still on it. No wifi in room 2 and room 3 tv turned on but picture was so light you couldnt watch anything.

Check in was delayed for over two hours because of a cleaning problem. There was no dish soap, dishwasher detergent or cleaning/drying cloths in the kitchen. The paper towel holder and all toilet paper holders were broken along with a shelf in the bathroom. It has a beautiful mountain view but the window was too dirty to see it. The dryer was broken. The back yard has many empty pottery bowels - several of which were broken. The cushions for the outdoor furniture were in a pile in the corner and were buried in dirt.

We were enchanted with this large and secluded property. The livingroom was comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. The bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy some meals at home and a large table in the dining room to have your meals. There are 2 main outdoor areas, the pool area and the courtyard. Both are very spacious. Surrounding the entire property is desert vegetation. This is truly an oasis in the desert though it is in a residential neighborhood. The home was very clean. We appreciated the guest amenities, towels, shampoo, soap, hair blower, dish soap, etc. I will come back here again. So lovely.

This place is fabulous. Great, private location. Super comfortable beds. A pool! A fenced in separate yard! Sunroom! I want this to be my home. Felt like staying in a friends house. Will be back.

The property is great, my only complaint would be no tv service. Great tv in the living room and each bedroom but you need to have a streaming acccount if you wanted to watch something. The management rental company was terrible to work with. Very slow response to any question you may have. I love renting through vrbo but this is the first time I have had an experience like this. I sent a question through vrbo and if I got a response it took more than a week. I sent an question 3 days before we left about the property their response came while we were at the property. Vacasa response every time was that they so busy they dont have time to respond, I think that is unacceptable. If you don't have staff to respond to vrbo inquiries don't list your properties on vrbo. Be aware renting through Vacasa!

This is an amazing property which feels very secluded although in the center of a neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped -- even had an instant pot. grocery stores were just a mile away and we were close to Sabino Canyon and Sahuaro National Park - about 20 minutes to each. Our two dogs were happy.

Though the house may look smallish from outside, it feels palatial inside, and that was a treat. The living room has a huge screen, and we spent a very pleasant rainy day watching movie after movie. The kitchen is quite usable, and the bathrooms met our needs very well. One has a sizable counter, which I appreciated. I also enjoyed hanging out next to the pool, which is the proper size for lap swimming. The location affords a great view of the mountains and is extremely quiet.

A little difficult to find at first. Quirky, quintessential Tucson house with exposed wood ceilings and brick walls. Love it! Beds were comfy and house in general was clean and well equipped. The only negative was we had to re-wash dishes, flatware, cooking utensils. Need to do a better job in the kitchen. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. May come again when warm enough to enjoy the pool!!

This home had plenty of room for our family of five. We liked how each room had its own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The views of the mountains, and the property were stunning.
The one negative thing was the Wi-Fi signal in this house was only strong in the living room. This is due to the brick walls of the house signal in all other rooms was very weak. This could be remedied by adding Wi-Fi boosters in each room.

This home is unique and wonderful !! The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The umbrella wasn’t there, so contacted Vacasa and it was taken care of the next day. The only problem was one of the TVs in the bedroom was very washed out. A replacement did not arrive prior to our departure. Make sure u look at google earth . that really shows u how to get to the property. It really is an oasis!! We would gladly stay there again!!!!

Property had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool. Adult raft would have been nice. Bed was comfortable very spacious for two people. Liked the location although tricky to find at first. Would stay again.

The uniqueness, nothing else like it! Peace and quiet, cleanliness, kitchen, comfortable beds, nice size house for many, painted concrete floors. fenced outside area, pool, birds, bunnies, lizards, and coyotes.

Also, we loved having 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. We would sit and have our coffee in the morning and a drink at night around the fire pit.
We did have an issue with the sewer draining properly and had to have a plumber come to the house. The local Vacasa general manager was very helpful in working with us to minimize the impact to our trip. We were also compensated for the inconvenience. We would stay at the property again.

The photos of the property did not quite capture this homes quirkiness. It would seem a normal neighborhood was built around this house! You literally have to go down an alley road to get to it! The nice part of that was that it was indeed an Oasis. Loved the surrounding vegetation and it was very quiet. Sideyard was nice but the pool was in a separate walled area which could be a plus to keep out young kiddos. The pool area and sideyard were in need of upkeep.
Hot water ran out in "master bath" when hubby and I both took showers. Also, shower is quite small and shower head needs repairing. Beds were awesome if you like memory foam and were made up superbly!!!
We also loved the concrete floors and western sitting room! It was windy and hot so we sat out there and read. So lovely. This is also the dog area and as a dog lover I think any dog would love this spot!! Would be nice to have had some coffee beans/grounds. Updated kitchen was really nice but several of the glasses were in the cupboard dirty (lip marks etc.).
The entirely separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a definite plus!!
All in all, we would stay here again!

This was a nice house, a lot of amenities and really a hideaway. I did find it difficult to find. It's not evident where the house is from the street and I never saw a house number. I wonder if a written out instruction on how to find the house may be helpful for others.

We had a great stay at the hidden oasis. We travel everywhere with the dogs and greatly appreciated the dog beds and access to the back yard. It was a perfect set up for us.

We loved the rooms with lots of space, I’d given it a 5 star if the pool was ready but we had to clean it and you can’t beat having a bathroom in every room…we will stay there again someday

This place was amazing! The rooms were big and each had a bathroom in it. I loved the privacy of not having a house right next to this one. The pool and backyard with hammock, grill and fire pit also made it really enjoyable. Definitely will stay here again!
