Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Harbour Breeze. Had everything we needed as a family of 4 with a 10 and 13 year old. Great views of North Rustico Harbour and walking distance to so many great amenities. Would highly recommend!

Our third stay at this property. Fantastic location with close up view of the bay. Spent the evenings on the deck watching ospreys and eagles fishing. Amazing beaches close by. Lovely village with harbour and boardwalk. Great restaurants and fresh seafood market. Owners are very helpful and great to deal with. Quick communication. Highly recommend.

This property was fantastic both in terms of its location and its amenities. Very clean, kitchen well equipped, owners extremely accommodating and accessible. Great views from the deck, short walk to the beach/swimming, and excellent biking. Exceeded all our expectations!

This is our second time to stay in this property, and probably won't be the last. The house is spacious, well furnished, and has 2 decks and a yard for the children to play in. My daughter enjoyed using the bike that was furnished to take long rides in the national park. You can't beat the location - within walking distance the Blue Mussel for a meal, beach, lighthouse, board walk, shops, ice cream, small gift shops. And then there is the view out the living room window.

The house was very neat and in a wonderful location, we did a lot of walking. We did have an issue with cable, but just did more reading and checked things out on line. We actually plan to stay there again in the future. So clean and the people were so friendly and wonderful. Thank you for opening your home.

My wife and I recently stayed here and we loved it. The town is a just a five minute walk, the boardwalk leading to the beach is a nice way to start and end your day. We highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to enjoy a great waterview, friendly town with great food in the local restaurants and close to all tourist attractions.John & Marie-Annette

North Rustico itself is a charming town with great restaurants, fish markets, and a beach. Plan wisely and get to the Blue Mussel Cafe and On the Dock early! They are not to be missed!I'm not sure of the bylaws, but the only thing I would change is a bonfire pit :)

We will be back to rent this cottage again. The location is perfect for getting out to see so many things. The few times we were at the cottage, we enjoyed the spacious, sunny, well decorated rooms. Some places make you feel like they just threw in everything they didn't want at home, but this is well thought out from the colors, to the furniture (2 chairs in living room are recliners), pictures on the wall in tune with the scenery in the area, comfortable linens, thick towels. We enjoyed sitting on the decks watching the boats go in and out, spotting eagles and ospreys. Sitting on the porch on the second floor at night looking at the stars was a real treat. The boardwalk is steps from the cottage, and a very enjoyable walk. Blue Mussel Cafe (ohhh the food!), beach, gift shops, ice cream, cruises, and playground within a short walk. The move out was the easiest we have ever done. I am sure we will be back.

This vacation home is in very good condition and well appointed. So convenient to the beach, fishing wharf and the village of North Rustico. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Perfect location for exploring PEI by car or locally on foot. You have the harbor with shops, restaurants, kayak tours and ocean beach two minutes East, and the town with grocery, liquor store, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, coffee and ice cream two minutes West. Yes you can get into the Blue Mussel Cafe! You drive over, request a table then drive home. They text you when your table is ready - two minutes and you're there. The house is light, airy and spacious. Modern, well equipped kitchen.Comfortable beds with a ceiling fan in each room or individual AC if you prefer. Internet worked well. Favorite room in the house ? - the covered porch. What a view! We watched a Bald Eagle knock a fish from an Osprey in mid-air, then catch the fish before it hit the water. Like living in the Nature Channel. Wish we could have stayed another week (or two). Thank you Sandra and Gordon.

The home was a good size for our family of 5 and in a good location to visit nearby beaches and attractions. It was easy to walk closer into the town or to the North Rustico beach. The boardwalk and nearby trails were great for biking too. There were lots of free programs happening in North Rustico and lots of restaurants close by as well as a small grocery store if you don’t want to travel into Charlottetown. Charlottetown isn’t far if you do want to go there as well. It was also very hot and humid while were were there, so it was nice that the home had air conditioning which made for comfortable sleeping. It was really nice to sit on the wrap around deck in the mornings and evenings.

We had a wonderful week stay at the Harbour Breese in North Rustico. The home is roomy and clean and has a warm and charming appeal. It is beautifully decorated with a seaside theme. We were very comfortable with six adults. It is perfectly located in one of the prettiest locations in PEI, North Rustico. It is walking distance to harbour, beach and town all along a lovely boardwalk. Our stay at the Harbour Breeze was memorable and we hope to return one day to enjoy the beauty and splendor of North Rustico.

Four of us rented this house for a week in June. We have been to PEI before but this is the first time we stayed in North Rustico. The house was even better than advertised and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The view is really good and it was a bonus being able to walk on the boardwalk and trails nearby. Also, we were able to walk to dinner at a couple of local restaurants. We got in 3 rounds of golf at nearby courses and it was an easy and scenic drive to Charlottetown.. All in all we had a great time and we highly recommend this vacation home.

We stayed in this house for a week towards the end of September, and it was absolutely perfect. It's spacious and fully equipped - like transplanting my own home from the Prairies to the Island! It was so wonderful to be able to sit out on the deck in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the lobster boats come in. North Rustico is so charming and quiet, and Charlottetown is only 25 minutes away if you need a little more action. This house is just down the street from a fabulous fish market and a beautiful little bakery (skip the in-town lobster supper... New Glasgow is 5 minutes away and the lobster supper is far superior). Across the street and 2 doors down from the house is access to the boardwalk which runs the full length of the harbour and is a beautiful walk in the mornings. If you're lucky enough to actually arrive at a time when they're seating, the notorious Blue Mussel Cafe is a short 2 minute drive away - but be warned that they stop taking names for tables at about 5:30 and the wait is usually over 2 hours (we were there in what's considered the off season and we never actually managed to get a table). I would skip the Blue Mussel and instead pick up a nice crusty bread at the bakery, some beautiful fresh seafood at Doiron's, and have yourself a little feast at home. This house has such a great, fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous Napoleon BBQ - it would be a shame to not put them to use! I would 1000% recommend this vacation home - it's clean, modern and even has Netflix! You can't get much better than this!

We loved our stay at North Rustico. The home has details carefully thought through and was by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. The provided bikes with helmets were such a treat and our highlight was a day long bike ride along the ocean bike path. To be able to enjoy the view of the harbour and ocean was a treat everyday while enjoying our morning coffee. This property had everything we needed and was immaculate.
