Gorgeous property, we’ll appointed, a pkeasure

This was an exceptional property that offered everything one could ask for. Beautifully appointed, great beds and linens, a kitchen to satisfy most any discerning cook, 180 degree view of the ocean, and very quiet. Valerie was always on point and efficient. This was akin to an upscale hotel in that it had no personal items. We will be back.

This was a favorite VRBO stay for us. We were traveling with my parents, who recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in Brookings, and all four of us loved every minute. The property owners and Valerie, the property manager, were accommodating and so helpful as we navigated a fantastic stay at the home. This property is spotlessly clean, practically appointed and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean from and natural lighting in the kitchen, dining and living room were fantastic, private and unobstructed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus some (even had great knives, which we rarely experience). The property has trails leaving from the property to a private beach and to the Oregon Coast Trail (leaving from the pet area). The property is quiet and serene. Parking was easy (a nice long garage) and there were parking spaces to the right side of the unit that allow a flat transition from parking to front door. In summary, this was a wonderful experience; especially for my parents who love Brookings and miss gazing out into the Pacific Ocean. We hope to return soon.

Amazingly beautiful view. This condo was beautifully remodeled with lovely decor. All the essentials one could need were readily available. This was the most immaculately clean rental I’ve ever stayed at. We would highly recommend😁

My mom and I stayed at this breathtaking condo for 8 nights! This is the cleanest and most stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! The view was something out of a magazine! Mom doesn’t do stairs and were thrilled that this unit had a walk-in option! We loved that Valarie the property manager called us well ahead of time to discuss our stay. We were able to ask her questions and it made us feel at ease. We would highly recommend this condo for family couples or anyone wanting to completely relax. The condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well managed by Valerie and her husband. The view, of course, was the star of the show.

Everything was as expected--clean, nicely decorated and updated. We hope to be back! Valerie is especially great to work with.

Wonderful location just outside Brookings, OR. The veranda was perfect to sit out at in the morning for coffee and watch the ocean. Be sure to bring your binoculars so you can see all the fishing boats going by! Brookings is a fairly cool coastal town, so while this condo doesn't have AC that isn't anything to worry about. Brookings doesn't have too many scorching hot days where you need it. If it does get a bit too warm, open up the sliding door off the dining room and enjoy the ocean breeze! Valerie that property manager was amazing! Great communication while trying to book the property, before our reservation to make sure we had everything we needed, and while we were there. We couldn't figure out the fireplace when we first got there and Valerie was able to help get it sorted out very quickly! The kitchen is FULLY stocked! While Brookings has wonderful restaurants to enjoy, if you're feeling more like staying in and cooking this kitchen has it all! It had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals and items I never would have thought to find at in a vacation rental kitchen. Truly a stocked kitchen! Having the washer and dryer in unit with detergent and dryer sheets was very helpful! We were there for almost a week. We went on a Jet Boat tour just north of Brookings in Gold Beach and got way more soaked than we thought we would! It helpful to be able to do a load of laundry half way through our trip. While going to the coast there is plenty to do out and about, if you are looking to wind down, stay in and watch a bit of TV be aware that the owners have many DVR Recordings set up that might hinder this. While the condo has 3 TVs, around 5pm every day the owners have so many DVR Recordings set that all TVs are recording something and you can't choose to watch anything you want, just what is recording or what they have on the DVR. All in all this is a fantastic rental and we would love to stay here again!

By the Sea condo just north of Brookings, OR, has a stunning view out large pic windows and also from small deck outside.(It’s on the ground floor.) Pacific Coast Trail is accessible right from the property, and there is a trail right down the hill to the beach. Great place!

Nice touches throughout, nicely-appointed kitchen which was very much appreciated. Valerie was great to deal with.

Spent a lot of time in awe…. The ocean views, the changing weather, the redwoods, the elk, the wild rivers. I hope we will be back soon!

There are two rocker-recliners in front of a huge picture window looking out over the balcony and ocean. There is a huge flat panel TV on the wall and a sofa with electric controls for reclining. There is a fireplace . The bedrooms have soft, luxurious carpeting, which I love, the rest of the place has laminate flooring. One thing for people to note: there are three levels to this condo complex. I chose this unit because it was on the ground floor. I am 63 years old with a bad back and I didn’t want to climb stairs. Be aware that even the ground level has six stairs to go down to the units. They aren’t steep but people should know about it if they have mobility issues. Otherwise it was perfect! The property manager stayed in touch thru text even though she was very sick. That’s what I call dedication!! Great place, great stay.

Very clean rental. Two recliners by a large window overlooking the water were the highlight. The unit was well stocked. Classic beach house decor. Surrounding area has great restaurants. Great place to relax.

This property is everything you see in the pictures/written and much more. If you like to get away to somewhere quiet this is your place. We both have high stress responsible jobs and I never unwind but was able to do it here. The west walls are all windows and a slider that all you see is ocean and more ocean., gorgeous! The kitchen is deep cleaned and well stocked with above average small wares. We will be staying here again, so glad we found you.
