Had a great stay with my girlfriends! Wonderful pool! Hosts very responsive!! Fun restaurants walking distance! Kitchen could use a better supply of spices and Pam., ! Also it would have been great to have a booklet right in house regarding housekeeping questions! Overall a wonderful stay!!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation! Location, location, location! Close to everything we wanted to do, Beaches, Busch Gardens, and Top Golf! Lots of cute towns close for shopping and exploring. There are also some really wonderful restaurants within walking distance that made a great margarita. When we weren't out seeing the sights the pool was a hit! We've never had a short term rental with such wonderful accommodations outside. The kitchen had everything we need for the family meals and the grill was perfect. There was okay of room and the beds were comfortable. This was the perfect home for our family!

Beautiful property that is nicely decorated featuring awesome outdoor space. This home is located in the quaint town of Palm Harbor. It’s situated in a nice area near a park and the water. There is also lots of local restaurants and a great brewery within walking distance. The pool area has plenty of lounges and seating arrangements. There is a great fire pit and grill that we used on several occasions. Plenty of kitchen and fridge space with a kitchen on both floors. Lots of space, bathrooms and tvs for different family setups. We especially loved the upstairs front porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Our hosts were amazing and very responsive. We had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!!

This was our first house rental, (normally stay in resorts or condos on beach). Set up was perfect for our family of 10. We had our 3 children, their friends and our parents. Having 2 seperate units gave everyone their space and still allowing all of us to be together.
The pool area was a beautiful relaxing set up and the grill a bonus. Exactly how the pictures showed.
Drive to Clearwater beach was about 20 minutes, Tarpoon springs 7 minutes away, local restraunts within walking distance and super Walmart just minutes away. We had to pick up our oldest from airport which was only 25 minute drive. Everything was very close easy to access.
Don’t forget the pier right next door, the view was so beautiful at night and hosted some of our family photos.
Host remained in contact and although we did not have many questions, with what we did have the owners responded in timely and professional manner, probably one of my favorites to communicate with.
After a week our family was not ready to leave, although heading back to reality we will absolutely be back. Family vote prefers this house over condos or resorts any day!

House was perfect for our 3 families. Everyone had their own bathrooms with really helped. The pool was amazing with a 3 month old we could lay her down inside and still enjoy ourselves. Walked distance to several restaurants and great local cantina margaritas!! It was a drive to the beach 11 minutes to Honeymoon Island and 30 mins to Clearwater. Would definitely recommend. lots of room and the owners gave great recommendations.

We just stayed there last week for 5 days! There were 12 of us across three families! The pool area is a family favorite with an incredible amount of space for everyone to be out there comfortably! Beautifully decorated home that has everything you will need! We drove to Clearwater Beach each day.. a short and easy 20 minute drive for breathtaking views! We rode the four bikes that were included with the property each morning and evening! We walked a couple blocks to the local downtown area that had some of the best food everrrr!!! If you go: you HAVE to eat at Thirsty Marlins! We walked around the downtown area of Dunedin (10 minute drive) and had some more incredible food and fun shops! The owner of the property is wonderful and sent us many messages throughout our stay! I will say, bring lots of bug spray as I was covered in hundreds of bites from little bugs called nosesums and ended up with a trip to the dr because of it.. no fault of the property- just the fault of Florida living on the gulf side lol!

The house worked great for 6 adults and 6 kids (3 families). We had largest family (3+3) in the downstairs space (King and bunk set) and the other two families upstairs. Fixed meals in for several of the nights, played games and did puzzles in the upstairs dining area. Fished on the pier in the park across the street. Went to the beach at the nearby state park (10 min drive). Owners communicated frequently before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again, but group decided to try and find something closer to home (we drove 10 hours).

What an awesome place! Everything was clean and freshly decorated. The pool was the highlight for our group- the biggest one we’ve had in all our years renting homes. The only downfall for our unique group was the layout of not being able to go upstairs/downstairs without going around the house outside. You also don’t have much privacy if you stay in the king studio on the lower level because the bunk room attaches to that (no hallway or other way to use bathroom). Overall, the location and awesome pool were the factors that mattered most to us. We really made some awesome memories here- thank you!

We loved our experience here! We were traveling with 4 kids under 6 including one infant and it is perfect for that age range. If you’re a parent paranoid about crawlers falling downstairs or toddlers wondering out to the pool this is the place for you!! Because you have to go downstairs to go to the pool the kids couldn’t get there unless an adult was with them. Plus all stairs were outside so the baby couldn’t accidentally crawl down the stairs. Plus it’s proximity to a fabulous park with a dock on the intercostal meant the kids were always entertained! All the adults also were impressed with the quality of the beds. Unlike other Vrbo we’ve been in which aren’t great mattresses, these were very comfy and no back issues. Strongly recommend sandals (duh, it’s Florida) because the rocks between the stairs and the patio are rough on your feet to get to the pool.
All in all, we will be returning! Great set up for multigenerational trip with little kids.

This property is perfect for families. We had three separate families and never once felt on top of each other or each other's space too much. The pool area is superb and the amenities are great - location is absolutely wonderful. We would stay in this property again and again!

We loved our stay at this Palm Springs house! The finishes were nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and having two full size fridges was a huge perk! Looks a little bigger in pictures than in person but overall the listing is accurate! As with the other reviews it’s a little awkward to get down to the downstairs or the pool from inside but you get used to it pretty quick. The pool was definitely our favorite part. Very private, clean, and warm. The outside space is so lovely with the palm trees. We enjoyed walking to some restaurants and coffee. We went to honeymoon island beach which was a quick 15min drive and super accessible for kids. The park being just 1 house down is so nice if you have kids! Would definitely recommend this house!

A unique property in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from putting your feet in the sand and some very cool places to eat without getting in a car.
We were in town to work a softball event in Clearwater. Our family business is a mixed group of immediate & extended family. This house was fantastic as the upstairs is a perfect place for everyone to gather & still have their own space. The separate downstairs (complete w desk & kitchenette) was ideal as I was able to tend to my business matters, calls etc with my own space & sleeping quarters as I was on a different schedule than my crew. Heated pool was a hit with our group, and the owners were awesome to deal with. Can’t wait til next time!

The cold December weather put a damper on our ability to maximize the enjoyment of the property. Glad we finally got to use the bikes, and the pool once it warmed up. Appliances, kitchen equipment, grill, and wifi/TV enhanced our stay. Owners were very responsive.

Only down fall is the staircase access inside the house is blocked off so you have to go outside to go up stairs or vice versa. Nice big pool with great lounge chairs, hammocks and BBQ.

Property listing -- along with other customer reviews -- was spot on. The pool was our favorite gathering place, but we appreciated the large (dining) table which accommodated our family of 9. Water pressure was a bit of a challenge, and the nearby park was not what we hoped it would be (that's why the 4 stars), but these are not within the owner's control; the house, itself, was perfect for our family gathering!

The property was as described and nicely decorated and clean. The layout of house with two separate entrances worked great for our group of 10 giving privacy when needed. The pool area was very nice. Our only issue was the Noseeum bugs- they were so bad we found that we couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we wanted because we couldn’t escape them. Thankfully there was plenty to do in the area. It’s close to Clearwater beach. We also visited honeymoon island beach, which was a very nice quiet beach for our family to enjoy. The downtown shops in Dunedin was also a favorite spot to visit. And in the mornings some of our group walked down to the pier to fish and while there saw a family of dolphins swimming each day. We were told by a local resident that the dolphins go by every morning. This is a great place for families with lots to do in the area.

We had a great time. The only issues was the trash pick up and that was resolved quickly by the owners. The other issue was a plumbing problem but nothing major because we had more than one shower.

If you want to chill by the pool, this is it!
The pool was FANTASTIC! So big and the whole backyard area was a great gathering spot all day for the whole family.
Everything is very close and convenient. The only thing is that it’s a little bit of a hassle getting from upstairs to downstairs because the only access for that is to go outside.
All in all a wonderful stay!

Great Location & Setup
House was in a great location for both family and adult fun, close to beaches and park with a few bars restaurants walking distance. House setup is unique with a downstairs suite and spaced out bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. We had a couple days we never left the house. Only issue was the windows could be updated as they were tough to open/close but it didn’t really impact our stay.

The pool is very nice, I believe you’re a block away from four bars and restaurants walking distance. That was very nice
The only few things that I would say about the house is it needs more pans it was very hard for us to cook for eight people, and it’s a real bummer that you can’t get from the inside of the house to the basement without going through that one bedroom. Also it definitely needs more chairs, not lounge chairs by the swimming pool. We would go back because we liked the area. The neighbors were great, A few nights I thought we were a little too loud and we never heard a complaint, the one guy said to us that he wishes he would’ve came over and had a drink with us lol

Great location! Conveniently situated between Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Close to great beaches, restaurants and breweries. The house is very nicely furnished and the pool area is very pretty at night with all the landscape lighting. We enjoyed our stay!
