I was shocked at the quality of this VRBO as it does not match the reviews at all. I should have known better with only 6 reviews. If you have this placed booked for a current trip I recommend canceling. We had so many issues.The place was not even surface level cleaned in some areas and not deep cleaned at all. We didn't have a working washer for 2 full days and had to rearrange our schedules to accommodate two different techs. The patio was unusable for the 1st two days due to excessive dirt and then not usable for the last two days because it rained and the roof leaks a ton. Although the neighborhood felt safe(very quiet nothing to do but walk the neighborhood), the location is not great at all - 25 minutes (without traffic) to downtown. I have so many pictures and video of this place that doesn't match the description of it, i will be sharing this experience with VRBO.

Great house and amenities only problem says pet friendly with fenced yard. Not fenced in yard. Fenced 3 sides. Still great place.

Check-in was super easy. Interior was all updated & really clean. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed & great open floor plan for entertaining. Plenty of towels for everyone. One of my favorite things was it has a big comfy modular sofa for me to have all my kiddos around me. 🤗 All the beds were super comfy too & love the all white sheets with comforters.

We had to move out of our house for renovation and remediation. It was our family my 85 year old mother and dogs. Not only did they constantly accommodate the changing construction schedules & my bumbling. They went over & above to help me in my overwhelming insanity with grace, patience and understanding. The house was so inviting, cozy, comfortable and has everything we possibly needed. Plenty of room, a kitchen with everything we needed and a beautiful back yard. The location was perfect and the neighborhood really nice and safe. Highly recommended them top notch home. Grateful

house handled extended family very comfortably. Well equipped house. Owners easy to communicate with and very helpful. Nice location in N. Dallas. Would definitely stay again

stayed for the holidays with my family. great place, very open and airy. clean rooms and nice yard to gather and converse. Short drive to Cowboys stadium and other amenities. would recommend this property to others.
