Had a good time. Would like to add that central ac in living room needed to b cleaned out by a professal. as someone with severe breathing issues I would have felt much more at ease. I'm thinking this is why the unit may have been taped up by the previous tenants. otherwise the place was very clean and what I expected. Thanks so much.

Overall great stay.. I would suggest a few things:
1) Some info at the house for guests - Garbage rules if any, things to do in the area, local shops / restaurants, etc. On our last day, after wondering if we needed to do anything before we left, we got an email on this. Knowing in advance would be great.
2) Maybe leave a few garbage bags, salt/pepper, etc. for guests. No guest staying for 3 to 4 days will likely buy these things.
Just some simple feedback.

Perfect place for us to stay for our daughters wedding. Weather cleared up and we had a beautiful stay. House is bigger then we expected. So clean and had everything we needed. Easy access, tv in every room, ac in every room. Really the perfect house. Thank you for making the weekend even more perfect for us.

My family stayed in this beautiful, well equipped, space for only 1 night. Wish it was longer. It's a great location and extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Coastal Maine Vacations was very responsive. I had a special request and they readily accommodated me. I'm a night owl and messaged them around midnight about a month before my stay, not expecting a response until the next day, and they even responded immediately at that late hour.

Great place. Quite neighborhood and it was nice to have our own space. After years of going to motels it was a nice change to have a house to be in.

We enjoyed our stay, and the place was clean. The only issue was with the wash machine. Need to bring your own as the tablets did not work when we used it. Maybe some supplies with bags as we left a few for future stayers. Local groceries store you have to bring your own bags or purchase them.
We added a few staple supplies as if you want to cook and all you will need to bring your own seasonings.
Other than that, very nice place to stay and would recommend for future renters!

It was close to the sunset retreat where all our family was staying. It was a mile from the ocean. It was clean and our golden retriever loved the big back yard. All kitchen tools to cook for the kiddos too!

Location of property was excellent, near Kennenbunkport and Wells Harbor where we went for a lobster trapping trip. House very spacious even for 6 adults and a pet. Communication with property manager was almost instant. We extended our stay for one more night and we were easily accommodated. Kitchen fully equipped, though it would have been nice to have at least a packet or two of coffee, tea upon our arrival. The whole family enjoyed the stay.

We were in Maine for a family wedding and I wanted a pet-friendly house close to the venue. This property seemed like a good fit. The house is nice inside, just the right size for 4 adults and our dog. Kitchen was nice, however, we like to cook so if that applies to you as well...I suggest you bring your own cooking supplies. Those were very limited. The outside was fine as well, nice yard. Neighbors are close but it was not a problem. Also, bring mosquito spray. It was a good experience. The house is comfortable and clean and the fact that they accept pets is a huge plus in my book! One last thing...a curtain on the door going to the deck would be a great addition. Thank you for a really nice Maine experience!

we had a really great time staying at Temple. the property is exactly what we were hoping for, clean, comfortable and centrally located to old orchard beach. we couldn't have chosen a better spot!. the neighborhood was quiet despite being on one of the " main" Beach roads. kitchen was beautiful and the couches were comfy. communication with Liz was great. we had a really wonderful time. can't wait for next year!

This house was a great spot for a small group of friends to stay. The house was newly renovated and up to date. The ac didn’t work great at times but did the job to keep the place cool enough.

Exactly what our family of 4 and dogs needed for a vacation to the ocean. Great location - about a mile run to the beach. The house had everything we needed for our stay and it was clean and ready for us when we got there. Clear communication and instructions ahead of time were appreciated. Having our own unique code for the door lock was convenient, as we were able to walk in as soon as we got to the house. Considering returning next year.

This was one of the best VRBO listings that we've ever stayed at! It's a wonderful, comfortable and clean modern house. We couldn't stop talking about how homey it felt. They provided everything that we could've asked for. Liz was a pleasure to work with! She was so friendly, knowledgeable and communicated so quickly with all of our questions. We can't wait to come up again and work with her!

The house was nicely renovated and Beds were good. Unfortunately there was no Cable to use Televisions. Then why have them in all rooms? Also no umbrella for Patio Table, so we couldn't sit outside. Shower head screamed when you got hot water. Very busy Street and Trains going by every hour. Just okay for us.

Great stay
Cute totally updated property. Beds great. Tasteful decoration. They had little welcome boxes of soaps and shampoos. The appliances are brand new and the washer/dryer was very handy. They have a grill and a deck along with a huge mowed back yard. I was glad to be a five minute quick drive to the beach so it was quiet. If I had to make a recommendation for people who drive it would be to bring a couple extra towels, sheets for the sofa pullout or maybe we just didn’t see them, and a couple of your own pots and pans for cooking. They even had a state of the art dishwasher and that was nice. We needed the Wi-Fi password as our phone provider service was not strong, so we emailed the management and they got right back to us. This is a strong recommendation and I would definitely choose this place again.

Very nice place
Very clean and nice place. Close to the lobster of the boat. Close drive to the beach. Big back yard for the kids to play except there is a rusted metal stick out from the grass behind the deck. Lucky that the kids didn't run into it. Can't walk to the beach 🏖️ if you have kids. I would say 30mins Walk. One of the air conditioner in the front bedroom was not working. Trash half full when we get there. We stayed 3 nights , but there is only one toilet paper for us. We have to run to the store first thing.

The house was clean and newly renovated. The lawn however was extremely overgrown. We hoped to let the dog run in the yard but the grass was over 4 feet tall. It was so unmanageable the landscaper who came (after I had to ask twice) broke his riding mower.
The washer machine was also extremely moldy and unusable.
Aside from that the stay was lovely!

Supplied all the amenities, overall it was a good experience. Would suggest curtains or blinds for the sliding glass door for additional privacy and basic instructions for tv and cooling system.
