The location is great and we love the space in the house for our family gathering!

Everything was outstanding . The only thing that needed to be done was the carpet in the queen bedroom needed to be cleaned! We would rent this house again! It is fabulous!
We had ten adults ages 65-90 and it accompanied everyone with plenty of space. Our group wants to rent this place again!

We rented this house for our family beach week vacation. We were happy with the location - the house is an easy drive from JAX and an easy walk to the beach (5 minutes out the back door).
However, while the house is big and there is plenty of space- it needs upkeep inside and outside including the pool.
The cleanliness of the house needs improvement.
We had an unclean/ hygienic issue with a bed which was resolved the next day after notifying management. Another cleanliness issue in the kitchen took days to get a response from management and a resolution.
The house is not well stocked so bring hand soap, and cleaning supplies for cleaning/sanitizing the kitchen.
The screened in pool and patio have holes in the screen which means bugs and lizards get in.
As other guests have noted- the pool isn’t heated and the water is cold (since it’s under trees) but it’s refreshing after a hot day at the beach.
We enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed the resort area but would not rent again considering the downsides.

Lots of room for 5 adult couples. Really enjoyed the large gathering spaces & my group loved that each couple had a private/attached bath with the bedrooms. We enjoyed the walk to the beach & the screened in porch. Was too cold for the pool.

A lovely home - The pool and pool deck needed some immediate attention when we arrived, and Vacasa had the area and pool cleaned beautifully the next morning.
Our whole family would definitely stay there again!

This place works well for multiple families. Beach is a short walk. The pool is not heated but the kids enjoyed it. There is a shortage of outside seating. Please be aware, there are two steps (or more) to most of the bedrooms.

We enjoyed this lovely home. It was clean, spacious and with plenty of room for at least 2 families. There is a pathway just through the property fence to the beach. We enjoyed the decks including the pool deck as it was screened in. There was lots of wildlife on the island for all to see. It was a nice property inside a gated community.

The location of this home is great - very close to the beach, as well as the slew of Omni amenities (restaurants, mini golf, etc) The home provided tons of space for us. The loft upstairs was perfect sleeping arrangement for our family with young kids and the double kitchen/living area was a great way to keep both kids and adults entertained throughout.
Major complaint would be the overall upkeep of the home… there was noticeable mold in a few of the rooms and the coffee maker did not look sanitary (lots of grime/build up). We only stayed for 2 nights and used most of our own supplies, so cannot speak to most of the other amenities.
I will note, while the home does have a pool, the heater is inoperable. And given the location of the pool, it completely shaded, so entirely too cold to enjoy. That was a major letdown for our kids.

We were in our home 4 nights and 5 days. The home accommodations were prefect, very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room to have our own space when needed. The home had a very family feel with photos and ocean décor, very warming. What most we are appreciative was the Vacasa representatives checking in on us throughout our stay! Very pleasant, timely and accommodating to a few requests from us. Outstanding service! We will definitely book through Vacasa on our next ventures! THANK YOU!

I brought my family and some employees for some business and pleasure. The conference we were attending at the Omni was only a few minute walk from the house, which worked out perfectly. The beach was about a five minute walk. The layout of the home worked perfectly because my family was able to stay on one side and my employees on the other side and then we used the main living room as common space. The pool was cold but the weather allowed the kids to play in the water at the beach.

Great home. So much room for a big group. We had 8 and it was wonderful. Vacasa was super to deal with and I highly recommend Vacasa.

A very spacious house which allows several generations to easily coexist together and enjoy one another. It was clean and ready for us to enjoy our week together.
We brought our own wagon which made hauling our tents and sand chairs much easier. We pulled a child along the shaded paths to see the fish near the miniature golf. Very nice property!
The local Vacasa staff helpful in locating a walk in clinic for granddaughter’s ear ache treatment. Thanks!

Beautiful home. A bath for each bedroom, so convenient. Close to the beach with that wonderful back yard gate to the beach path. Pool was so much fun! We had a wonderful time. Only one negative was the broken oven and microwave in the big kitchen all week long. Luckily others available at the other end of the house. Hopefully will be fixed soon for the next guests. The plantation and Fernandina are wonderful fun places for all ages. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

The home is perfect for a family gathering. There were a few minor issues and the management company was quick to respond. Home was clean, and comfortable for all, Kids and adults. If we were to return to Amelia Island, we would go right back to this home.

Lovely!
I rented this home for a group of family coming to Amelia for a wedding. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone loved that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The floorplan is so spread out that everyone had privacy. We would definitely rent again.

This house was fabulous. There were 12 of us, 6 being children and with the floor plan we never felt crowded. The room upstairs with the toys was a godsend. The location was perfect, very private with the gate to the beach path right off the pool. The kitchen was wonderful and the table sat all 12 of us. The ease of check in and out was great also. The pool was a little dirty and the house could have been cleaner. The patio furniture was a little worn. The kitchen had a variety of dishes but could use more silverware and plates. We ordered take out for dinner every night so we had plates and silver. The rental company was super helpful answering all my questions. Overall the perfect vacation and would rent here again.

We had booked this property back in 2019 for our family of 11 vacation in June, 2020. Our daughter- in-law was a 1st yr. resident at a hospital in Jax. Because of the Covid risk to her & us, we had to cancel. We were all bummed:( Can you imagine how surprised & happy we all were to arrive to this beautiful home a year later! The cousins were elated to see their upstairs private room. We loved everything about the house & property, and especially the photos of the owners! These were a great reminder that a family opened up their home to others.

This is our 2nd year to rent this spacious home for our family vacation — the home is perfect for our family of 13 (7 adults and 6 kids ages 4-12) as it provides areas where all can gather, yet also provides space for alone time. The location is residential which is beautiful and quiet - and the paved path out the back yard gate offers a short stroll through the trees to the beach. We cooked most meals and the kitchens (2) are fully equipped. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a half bath off the main kitchen - great for allowing everyone their own space. The bonus room over the garage is perfect for the kids bedroom. After a day at the beach, the kids enjoyed playing in the pool with a screened lanai. In addition, a gas grill is located on the back deck. The two driveways offer ample parking and the grounds are well maintained. Overall the home is just as the photos depict and we highly recommend.

Grandparent, parents and grandkids all enjoyed gathering in this lovely home. The kids loved the option of a swimming pool as well the closeness of the beach. Grandparents enjoyed the lovely shaded walkways and beautiful landscaping. Lots of space to spread out inside, and a nice deck/lanai outside. Playground a short walk away and Publix a 15 minute drive.
