Wonderful property only minutes away from Point Pelee National Park for our annual birdwatching trip. It was so lovely that we rebooked for next year only a few days into our stay. Very well appointed, beautiful views and equally wonderful communication with hosts. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for the long weekend and had a great time. The place was clean, spacious, modern and perfect for a mix of kids and adults. It was stocked with all the basics, comfortable beds, ample pillows and towels, etc. Close by to multiple beaches, just down the road from the provincial park and right on the water. The owner was responsive and helpful. Nothing but great things to say about our stay here!

We stayed at the property during one week (2 parents, and 16.5 yo twin girls). We had the most perfect week ever. Weather was amazing, lake temperature was perfect, and the cottage was exactly what we needed. Everyone had a cozy room to sleep in (comfy mattresses and excellent quality linens), and we liked having 2 full baths (plenty of great quality towels provided, including beach towels). Well-equipped kitchen, and A/C. We loved the deck (amazing sunsets, the sound of the waves, watching the birds, etc) and enjoyed the complimentary park access (not even a 2 minute drive). Activities that we enjoyed around: karting, the national park (everyday), canoeing, a day-trip to Detroit, mini golf at the Tropical Gardens, the tip of Canada, Pelee Wings, restaurants, etc. Jen was a great host. She thought of everything possible to make us feel perfectly at home. And her welcome basket prompted us to go visit Willow Tree Market as well as a few other local vendors/breweries and wineries. Simply put: we had a perfect vacation week.

Of course the friends you spend your time with makes a stay any where special. That being said when it’s at an amazing place it makes it so much more. This was my second year and next year we’ll be planning another stay. Thank you so much Jen. Just love you home away from home ❤️

Wonderful spot to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets around the fire pit, listen to the waves while taking in amazing Lake Erie views on the deck with your morning coffee, and a fantastic location to easily enjoy all the Pelee area has to offer. Bright and airy cottage, exactly as described with a clean, cozy, beachy vibe. Thoughtful welcome basket, and the addition of a park pass is an amazing value. The hosts really have thought of everything their guests might need to make for a stress-free stay. Above and beyond what we expected, we will definitely look forward to booking another stay next year!

Great location, everything was great. Lots of info left for guests to easily settle in. Close to park and Freddy’s restaurant. Description of property was very accurate.

This home was incredible!! All you need is clothes and food!! Jen thought of everything!! From the yummy Welcome Basket filled with local goodies all the way to detergent and softener for the washer and dryer. She even had reusable bags if you needed to go shopping!!! Waking up every morning to that incredible view and every night the sunsets were breath-taking!! The pass to Point Pelee Park was wonderful and we took advantage of it numerous times. The restaurants near by, especially Freddy's, served really good good. Jen asked us not to use the neighbor's stairs down to the water. We wished we could have had access to the water on the property. That is the ONLY negative any of us could come up with about the property!! One suggestion we have for people staying here is bring your own food. All the shopping centers in Leamington are a bit sketchy. Maybe it is because we are from the States but we were constantly harassed for money when we were in the parking lots. And you have to walk through huge groups of men just hanging out in front of the stores. Again this has nothing to do with the property. Just a suggestion to bring your own food so you dont have to deal with this. My 20 year old was so impressed with our stay she said upon leaving, "how will we ever top this place next year?? We won't!! We will have to stay 2 weeks next year!!"

The cottage was a true lake retreat. We loved sitting on the deck or in the cottage listening to the waves. Wonderful welcome basket of local goodies were much appreciated. Jen was quick to answer any questions we had. We are home now, and already miss the serenity of the cottage and lake. Will return!

Only 5 minutes from golf and 3 minutes to Point Pelee Park. Jen was a wonderful host and the park pass and beautiful gift basket made us feel special. Only 15 minutes to start your wine tour. Great place to relax! Would stay again.

A beautiful stay here. The cottage was impeccably clean and truly right on the lake as advertised. Literally minutes away from the park. The neighbours are very friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Honestly the best BnB I have ever stayed at. The place was not much to see from the outside but stunning within. Very clean, modern, comfortable, and well furnished. Amazing space, both upstairs and the basement. The owners added so many nice, thoughtful, and caring touches - from the helpful instructions, to the small gifts. Definitely will stay again. Really great location as it is close to Pelee, and the complimentary park pass was much appreciate. Much bang for the buck. Thanks again to Jen for letting us stay there! Top Notch!

This property exceeded our expectations - clean and bright with lots of room for all of us. There were many extras to make us feel special - a basket of goodies, deluxe linens and towels, pass for Point Pelee National Park. It is so close to the park - 10 min walk.
