Very comfortable house, had every kitchen need, but main deck patio door broken and they wanted us to go downstairs from kitchen, up ramp to use main deck. Horrible! Get door fixed yesterday!! Not acceptable!! Why can’t they put king beds instead of gueens in 2 bedrooms?? Again, wonderful location on beach and clean pool very close by.

Great house, plenty of space, rooms, bathrooms, and right on the beach! Our party of 11 ranging from ages 9-70's enjoyed our time and were able to easily enjoy several local attractions and long walks on the beach.

Loved how close it was to the beach & the view was Awesome! Plenty of room for our 6 adults/6 children. Disappointed in the deck doors. Read a review months ago about the door handle missing, but when we arrived, it was still not repaired. It was a BIG inconvenience!!!!! Should be able to do maintenance sooner than that; or deduct some cost off the price!!

Loved being on the beach. House was perfect for us. With each family having rooms on different floors.

We had a great time. The weather was great, the location was great and for the most part the house was too. The primary door out to the deck that allows you to sit and watch the waves and sand ( the most important reason for paying extra for a beach front property) was inoperable. This wasn't listed on the description until we had made full payment and were only a month away from our family vacation. It was apparently an instance where the door was back ordered and was unavailable in time for repair. The staff was very upfront with this information and very helpful so that was appreciated. I do feel that the price for the rental should have been compensated for this though as we were not really getting what we paid for.

The main door to the outside 2nd floor deck was missing a handle to the door on the inside. I wish we had a pantry, not enough space/storage for all the food. When you have 15 people staying you need storage space, etc. not enough kitchen space. The dining room table was good, but the benches were not that comfy, the fridge door would not stay opened while trying to get anything out of it-very frustrating, simple fix -needs to be adjusted. The drawers were kind of hard to pull open, the knobs need to be tightened. Wish we had more deck chairs for 2nd floor balcony.

Perfect set up for Family of 5 adults and one child. Parents and child used bottom level and living area, one adult on 2nd level and two adults on top. We all had our own bathrooms and it was great because we weren’t on top of each and had a place to go when needed. House was clean and easy access to beach. Swimming pool in community was nice to have. Would suggest they state something about main patio doors not working. They’ve not been working for awhile and that would be nice for renters ti know ahead of time. You have to walk downstairs and go out front door then back up ramp to use. Repairman came while we were there and it’s so rusted out it has to be replaced. Also would suggest they get new hooks for hanging towels by front door as they’re completely rusted out and some curtains for living area to cut glare during the day. We were a bale tonight boat and 2 trucks in drive but 4 vehicles wouldn’t work as it says on site. There is a place for overflow parking nearby though.

The location is fantastic, beach right outside. Enough space for our large group. We did have a couple of issues...not enough bath towels on arrival but did receive more later. The main patio door was an issue as the handle broke off the first day when we tried to close it. Handyman was able to come by and look at it the next day and helped us be able to lock the door from the outside but apparently was unable to find a replacement part so we never got to use that patio which was a disappointment. Agree with previous comment about parking. No way four cars can fit in that driveway. Kitchen has no pantry but we just stacked things around. Good air conditioners. We had lots of fun and appreciate the use of your home.

We had a great time. The house was as advertised and more. There were extra paper towels, laundry and dish soap, toilet paper, and plenty of fluffy towels. The kitchen was well stocked and It was an enjoyable week. We all had fun and would recommend this house ON THE BEACH to anyone. Thank you.

The home was nice. The kitchen/Dining/Living area is much smaller than it appears in photos. We had 9 girls we had enough room for everyone to sit but many more than that or a couple young children would ha e made it tight. Beds were hard. A couple girls woke up with sore hip or ribs. The decks are beautiful if you can access them. My BIGGEST complaint is the management company. They are located out of state and have basically no information on the house. When we arrive we could not open the door to theain balcony. THE MAIN REASON WE RENTED THIS HOUSE. I called before 5 pm when we arrived on Friday. I was told after 2nd call that someone would contact me within an hour however I had already been waiting 3 hours. We were ready to go to dinner and gave them permission to enter while we were out. When we came back door still was not open. I called before I went to bed and begged someone to please open by morning so we could enjoy morning g coffee on the balcony. Still no response so we sat at the kitchen table and looked out the window. After 5 calls still no open door. We went to do some shopping and about 2pm on our only full day there I got a call from a local company who is contracted through Vacasa. She explained the person that Vacasa had been calling to get assistance for me was OFF that weekend. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO ONE WAS TAKING CALLS FOR HER?) The only reason she called is because I spoke to the painters painting the home next door and he said he knew the owners of the property we were staying at and he would call him directly. I am guessing we finally got a call at 2pm on Saturday because the owner called directly. She explained to me that the home has hurricane doors and explained to me how to open. When we got back to the property about 4pm we were finally able to get the door open. Why wasn't someone able to help me with that on Friday? That is unacceptable.
