The location of the apartment was exactly what we needed to be close to family. There were several things we felt the home needed. I don’t recall the property manager telling us how to get to the apartment so when we pulled up we had to walk around to figure out. Also the property looked unkept outside and had a few dead bugs and live spiders inside that should’ve been swept up prior to arrival. A rollaway island would have made use of the kitchen better as well as a few folding chairs tucked away somewhere Overall it was a pleasant stay just a few personal touches would’ve made it better. Thank you for hosting.

Great location in 15 minute walk to the downtown area and nice neighborhood for doing exercise walking in the mornings. Comfortable accommodation with bear kitchen implements. If planning on preparing most of your dinners there would recommend bringing the spices that you like.

In a nice neighborhood and quite. Enjoyed my stay. Be careful in the tub it has no nonslip strips or mat in the tub and I almost fell twice.

Check in was a bit of a nightmare. Never got check-in information and had to end up calling, but Anil was the best! No central air/only window unit in bedroom which made the den and bathroom a little warm. There were no check-in or check out instructions, but again, we called Anil and he was helpful. The A unit where we stayed was clean, but the original unit we were to stay in, Unit D, was not as well equipped. Overall, for what we paid, it worked out fine.

The unit D is just ok. When I check in, the code lock doesn't work. I contacted the owner but I didn't receive any reply until the next day. We had to use the key for the door- not the code. The microwave is cover with grease mist. The sink in bathroom have tiny faucet that spray water every where on you. The air conditioning is very loud that we could not sleep at all. The unit have mold smell. We didn't have good time there. The owner should improve that place. I'm sorry but it is definitely not a recommended place.

My partner and I recently stayed here for two days to attend an event. I would say it was perfect for the amount of time we were there. The location is amazing and we jokingly made comments that it was within 6 minutes of any location we were trying to get to.

This was a great location for my sister and me to visit our aunt who lives in Fairhope and enjoy the local parades. We were able to walk to the local mardi gras parade and make use of the kitchenette. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next year!

Ceiling was cracked in a few places. Ice maker in refrigerator non functional. Sofa is a futon. Shower head very low anyone over 5’5” would stand a head above it. Trash cans out from smelly!

The place was clean and comfortable. We were there visiting family. We especially liked the location and the porch. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown.

Good: The bed was comfortable and the TV was good.
Bad: There was no window covering on the french doors leading into the living area from outside, giving a direct view into the unit from the house next door and anyone outside. There was a 1 inch step up into the bedroom from the living area that had no transition piece that creates a danger of tripping. The bedroom floor is poorly painted rough concrete. All the window sills had dead bugs and dirt that had to be cleaned. The window frames had mold and mildew, posing a health hazard for anyone (as was my case) that has respiratory/bronchial issues. The window unit in the bedroom was insufficient to cool the rest of the unit, so the living/kitchen and bath areas were too warm. The primary seating in the living room was a futon that was too small for anyone over 5 ft. tall. The result is that there is no comfortable seating.It is also considered additional sleeping space for 2 people. I can't imagine anyone sleeping comfortably on it. Paint was sloppy, splattered in the bathtub and on the painted concrete floor (obviously done by a very amateur painter). We stayed the night and left the next day, filed a complaint with vrbo. I suppose we forfeited the money we payed in advance for a 5 day stay. This is no place for R&R!
Please avoid this unit!

Communication was easy, actually never talked to anyone. Haha. Everything was thru the app.
