Very much enjoyed our time here! Beautiful scenery with the trees and mountains. No road in view. Very well decorated and clean. The shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed resting in the living room, TV had lots of options to enjoy. Relatively short drive to Frisco for groceries, and Vail for skiing. Space heaters worked well to supplement. Would highly recommend, thank you!

My wife and I stayed for 8 nights in January. The apartment is beautiful, has a very comfortable layout and excellent furniture, kitchen utensils and decoration. It made for very comfortable breakfasts and after-ski dinners. The bed is very comfortable. The owners did really a superb job in setting up this unit. The Marshall Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch, and the view from the common area is beautiful and relaxing.
Unfortunately, the unit has a couple of issues:
1. Every single step, door opening and toilet flush from the apartment above can be heard. While many people can overlook this issue, it is a deal-breaker for us so we don't foresee staying in this unit (and likely in this community) again.
2. The management company. Since the gas fireplace was not working, I requested service and they said they would send someone immediately. Three days later they said they were still looking for a contractor to look at it, but no-one came during our stay. Missing the fireplace was not a big issue, but one would expect it to be working or quickly fixed. In addition, when the guest in the apartment above left one morning, the cleaning crew came to clean it at 9 pm, with unbearable noise from the vacuum cleaner, mopping and heavy stepping that lasted for about 45 minutes.
For anyone who doesn't mind the noise from above and is willing to take their chances with the management company, this apartment is truly awesome.

This was the perfect spot for spending a few days in the mountains. Views towards the mountain. Close to Frisco and Silverthorne by car. super modern condo. well equipped for those who want to cook for themselves. We loved it.

This unit exceeded my expectations! Great views, great wildlife, and condo is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a great kitchen AND access to a hot tub! The interior seems all new and almost sparkles! Be aware that elevation is over 9000 ft, drink lots of water!

This condo was the perfect remedy for a too-busy life! Tucked away off the beaten path, it was quiet, picturesque & comfortable. The hosts thought of everything & their choices in amenities were outstanding. The decor was relaxing. Our only regret is that we didn't get to see the wildlife that others wrote about.

While we loved this condo - it is beautifully furnished, clean, well stocked, and overlooking an amazing view - the property management "corporate feel" would make me avoid renting from them in the future. We could not unlock the controls to operate the community hot tub and reached out for help... While they were very responsive, all they could do was ask for our patience as they tried to find the solution (they never did during our 5 night stay). Asking for OUR patience was ironic, as when we arrived and requested if we could check in 60 minutes early (the unit was empty and ready for us) we were told "Yes! for $15 per hour early". To ask for our flexibility and patience and not give any in return was nervy and not customer-centric, in my opinion. We have rented many places and never have been denied or charged entry if the unit is available early.

We really enjoyed this place! We sat outside on the balcony and watched the wildlife. We saw a moose, deer, coyote, and a ton of different birds. We really enjoyed the hiking trails that are just in front of the property. Perfect spot for those wanting to explore and have a comfy place to relax close to nature. We will definitely be back.

The interior of the this condo may be the most well furnished and perfect unit we have ever stayed in! The kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture was incredible and the view of the back porch provided opportunities to see wildlife such as deer and even a moose.

The views are amazing! The decor was adorable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was also very clean. Our only complaints were the noise of the people upstairs (we heard every footstep and toilet flush) and we only had 4 towels for 4 people. We ended up buying some towels to use for the hot tub. Just something to keep in mind - but otherwise a beautiful place!

Beautiful condo! The owners did an amazing job adding so many tiny touches that truly made it feel like home for the week! The bed was comfortable and the views are amazing! You truly feel like you are far from the city but it is a convenient 10 minute drive into town. Would highly recommend!

The condo is beautiful and the location serene. Everything inside was well appointed and I found everything I needed, with the exception of one thing. The temperature outside dropped to single digits the second night and the heater couldn’t keep the temperature stable without the fireplace running continuously. Unfortunately, the gas on the fireplace shut off suddenly around 9 or 10 PM and I couldn’t get it back on, so the temperature gradually slipped down to an uncomfortable cold. The only other complaint is the horrible check-in/out times. If it were a hotel, I would be able to check in in the early afternoon, but this place wouldn’t let me check in until 4:30. Then the check out time was 10:30! Sorry, but it cannot take six hours to clean the unit. I was in Silverthorne before noon and would have liked to check in long before 4:30, and I dislike being hurried out on the last day.

Great little air bnb. Very close to nearby towns Frisco and Breckenridge. Nearby trails as well. The room was spacious and clean. We had a great time here and will definitely be visiting again soon! Very quiet too. We loved the gas fire place. The building also has a hot tub which you have access to and washer and dryers are on the property as well for a couple dollars.

My wife and I came out here to celebrate our anniversary with our 2-month old. The accommodations were excellent and the views from the living room are wonderful. We hiked from the condo to the Lily Pad Lake Trail, which was a lovely trek. The condo was a perfect place to relax as we could take in the mountain views without having to leave the couch.

20th Friendship Anniversary
We were surprised to see how far up the mountain the condo was, but that actually ended up being a HUGE plus. The condo overlooking a lush valley where the moose bed down. We saw 4 moose in total, a ton of cute chipmunks and hummingbirds. The trails behind the condo were beautiful. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and has a stocked kitchen. HIGHLY recommend!

Great mountain getaway impeccably decorated and clean.
This condo is beautifully decorated and its mountain views out the back large windows are breathtaking. The appliances are very new and top quality. It has everything that you need to have a very comfortable and fun mountain getaway. The bedroom mattress was a little uncomfortable for us (concave in the center area), but everybody is different and others may find it fine. The management company was excellent and responsive.

We spent 4 days here just hiking and visiting the surrounding areas. We also spent a day on Lake Dillon. The condo was perfect for us.

We really enjoyed the stay, especially the beautiful view. The management company was terrible, however. The fireplace would not light, so I called and they said that they would come out the next day. They did not. I called again, and they again said that they would come out the next day (day 3). They did come and light the pilot, but they must have had to take the whole fireplace apart to make it happen because there was dirt and large chunks of soot all over. So, when I got back from skiing and I was tired and really just wanted to relax, I had to clean up after that work crew or the owners' nice cream rugs would have been ruined with us dragging that black soot all through the house. I notified they management company and they just sort of shrugged, and said 'that's the nature of a fire'. But what I know is that it was clean when I left, and a black mess with lots of dirt and chunks of soot when I got back, and if I had not cleaned then the owners would have been VERY upset with the state of their white rugs!

It was affordable and in a phenomenal location with easy access to dining, shopping, and cool local attractions such as Sapphire Overlook. We were just a short 20 minute drive to Copper Mountain and the hot tub was so nice to soak in after a long day of boarding! Beautiful views of the mountain and even saw a few foxes were enjoyed while sitting next to the cozy fireplace.
There were only a few things that made the stay a little less than perfect- the pull out couch did not lay flat due to the cushions; our third guest was very uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on top of the couch.
The one other thing was that the hot tub did not have working jets- it was still very nice to soak in and heated, but the property management needs to fix that issue.
