The home is large with comfortable furniture and bedding. The many bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding very easy with 13 people in the house! The large dining room table was the perfect spot for all of us to gather for family games! The view of the water is spectacular! The home is "vintage" with creaky and slightly uneven floors but that is just added character and charm!

This property has a lot going for it but the check in was horrible .It took over an hour to get the code for the lock box and the door to enter you had to bang with your shoulder to enter the house. One room did not have electricity with a leaking shower stall that saturated the carpet in the outside hallway. These problems were reported the first day of a seven day stay and we were promised it would be addressed . We did not see anyone until the day before departure. All together not a bad house but several items needs to be addressed for this to be worth the asking price.

Property has not been maintained properly. Mice and ants on the premises and water system did not work at all when we arrived. I spent 2 days on the phone trying to get someone out to fix the water issue. Vacasa and Vrbo are the worst property managers and communicating with them is a nightmare. I was very disappointed in the property and Vacasa. I will never vacation at another Vacasa property.

This a larger older home that accommodates a large group. With it being an older home, there isn't much sound insulation as you can year everything going on throughout the house. The 5 bathrooms are great. The kitchen was user friendly but could use updated pots/pans and a can opener.
The check-in process was frustrating because the door handle was locked and being on hold for 25 minutes with with Vacasa, while it was 17 degrees was rather inconvenient. Also, having snow removal set up would've been a big plus.
Overall it was what we were looking for our large group and I have no problem recommending this house. Just the few things i mentioned kept it from being a perfect experience.

Wonderful Stay!
We really loved this house. The location, the water front, the enclosed front porch, the yard, the neighborhood & surrounding area etc. It was clean & welcoming with all you could want & need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice & clean equipped with plenty of clean towels soaps shampoo, conditioner, good water pressure & the jacuzzi tub upstairs was especially nice. The kitchen was great too we even baked an apple pie with apples we picked up from a local orchard. The WiFi was great so we were able to get some work done & the smart TV’s were nice so we were able to relax with a movie or two plus my husband was happy to catch a Knicks game during our stay. But the icing on the cake was dogs are welcome. We loved being able to bring our 2 fur kids. They also give their stay four paws

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a great vacation. The house is very clean and has everything we need. Kids are so excited. It would be perfect if more dinnerware are available. Luckily we have paper plates with us so we can serve 16 people. Overall we love this house!
