House is adorable, very clean. Perfect location to Stanford, where my husband had surgery. Communication with Air Concierge property management was wonderful. They were very quick to answer any requests, questions I had. Because my husband ran into complications after surgery, they were extremely helpful in extending my stay. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Best of all, it is within walking distance to several restaurants and very close to Starbucks! I would definitely recommend.

We live in Reno, NV , my wife needed back surgery at Stanford so I found this to be a very convenient location to hospital. 4 minutes away! The house is older , but has had some remodel to kitchen and bathroom. There is an older SUV in driveway which is very inconvenient. Really not enough room to park behind and not stick out into sidewalk . Makes access to front door more difficult. Like I said the house is dated but for our needs it worked. The bathroom is very small, the sink counter is very low but toilet is newer and at a senior height. The heat system worked well but is noisy like the dishwasher. The bed in front bedroom was very very comfortable. We did not use the high bed in other bedroom. The big dining table in patio add on room was fine but kinda far away from kitchen. Living room couch was at least 10 ft long and comfortable. TV s in house worked well. My other observation is that there is soo much old personal clutter in house it needs to be cleaned up. Lots of stuff in all cabinets lots of expired opened containers of all kinds of stuff! Overall if I ever need to go to Stanford hospital I would rent again. It was a value for location and proximity!

The house was very clean, and the beds were most comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. The house is in a great location, with easy access to Stanford, restaurants, parks, shopping, etc. The property managers responded quickly to all questions. Would definitely stay there again!
