We had so much space and everything was super clean. Loved the porches to read in the am and sunset time.

Our babies enjoyed their stay a long with the attractions Tennessee had to offer. But the peace and quiet laid-back vibes we got while in our cabin. We enjoyed every bit of it.

Beautiful cabin, very clean. Loved the back decks. Be aware the front steps open into a busy road. The game room was much enjoyed and We loved the sweet community pool just across the road. Beds very comfortable. Hide-a-beds, not so much. Air conditioning was too cold and difficult to regulate. The lock to enter did not initially work - needed to call in. Took 45 minutes to open, and remained finicky the entire time. Overall, a lovely place to relax.

The cabin is very nice. It was super clean with plenty of room for our family of 5. However, there were issues when we arrived such as the light on the balcony did not work, the downstairs TVs would not turn on and the arcade games did not turn on. In the grand scheme of things these items are minor. However, guest services were extremely slow to respond and ultimately told us the arcade games were not their problem to fix. Took two days to get someone out to fix the light and tv’s. Then there was a leak in a pipe between the second floor bathroom and the ceiling below. Again, guest services were extremely slow and I had to keep reaching out to make sure the upstairs shower was okay to use. We didn’t want to cause damage if no one had come out to repair it. Also, if you are the type that likes to cook meals instead of eating out, this kitchen is very limited. We had to purchase utensils for the grill, a working can opener and I had to get creative cooking with the few pans they have in the cabin. Very random items in the cupboards as far as cookware

The cabin was beautiful and the scenery was outstanding!! The cabin was very clean and had everything that we needed. We only stayed for 3 nights. Wish we had reserved it for a whole week.

The cabin in more beautiful in person and has everything you need. We absolutely loved it and the views are breathtaking from both balconies. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice and large cabin. Kids loved the game tables and arcade game. We really only had two issues.t The mattress in upstairs bedroom is very uncomfortable. It needed replaced years ago. The hot tub is also very well used, but functional except the water intake on the inside at the bottom is missing a screen or something. There is a VERY strong suction that hurts if your leg gets sucked up to it. It could be dangerous for children. The Keurig type coffee maker also leaks really bad. Water leaks all over the counter. Otherwise, very clean with plenty of room.

Was everything it said it would be and soo close to all the fun things of Gatlinburg, beautiful property!

The stay would have been perfect if everything we needed would have been in place. The unit sleeps 8. There are 2 King beds & 2 sofa beds. Neither of the sofa beds had linen nor blankets. We didn't discover this until late in the evening. Therefore, half of our family had to sleep very uncomfortably because they could not lie on a mattress without linen. Also, we had to purchase cleaning products to clean the mattress protector. It was severely stained, disgusting & very unsanitary. I called the customer service number & was told they would escalate the issue. However, we knew at this point we would have to go without. All of the stores were closed so we weren't able to even go purchase linen. We finally received it after 12 noon. The staff & customer service were very apologetic. However, it's unacceptable when you're paying over $1200. Had the issue been resolved prior to going to bed everything would have been fine. I was told that I would receive compensation. I communicated to customer service that the account they had on file was closed due to being hacked & there was no way I would receive compensation through that account. All communication ceased & I never heard anything back. On a positive note, the kids had a blast in the game room. They stayed up late & arose early to play air hockey, pool, & the arcade games. It was enough to keep them all busy & at the same time without any arguing or waiting for a turn. The balcony view from the upstairs bedroom was amazing. Just wish you couldn't hear the noise from the highway. The community pool was nearby & open. We didn't get a chance to use it because we were always on the go. The grounds were clean & pretty quiet. If it wasn't for the linen issues I would have rated the stay 5 stars.

Multiple electric light fixtures not secured to walls/ceilings, upstairs bath sink doesn’t drain, downstairs shower doesn’t drain. Hot tub outer shell/wood exterior damaged in pieces, hot tub cover damaged/broke causing styrofoam insulation to get into hot tub. Mattresses have dips in middle of bed

Very nice property with great views. Bathroom shower was dirty and sink was super slow. Overall very nice though.

This cabin was wonderful! Awesome location, extra clean, extremely cozy, and very private. So many games, pool table, and hot tub!

The views were wonderful the cabin was very beautiful and plenty of stuff to do for the kids and so close to all the sites

We had an amazing time at Rocky Top and will definitely be coming back! This cabin catered to our entire family and it is not always easy to entertain 2 toddlers! We wish we could have stayed longer and it was hard leaving. Thank you for such a wonderful home away from home!!

Property was exactly as described. Bonus was that the beautiful pool was a 30 second walk from the cabin!!! The view was amazing for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Despite the cabins being so close, it was very quiet and private. Our 17 year old son completely enjoyed the lower level with the arcade games, pool table and air hockey. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the main strip. This is a must rent cabin for a family. Our only negative (which is only a personal thing) was that it seemed that the TV in the main living room was mounted too high.

Rented a property here 2 years ago, and this time it seemed to be more run down than last. Hot tub was not hot (after a repair call it was fixed), garbage disposal was throwing food back up into the sink, dishwasher is falling out of the cabinet. Could have used some more towels, pool area can use some new chairs and a reno. Treadmill did not work in the gym. Still a nice facility, just felt like it could use a bit of work to be worth the money.

The view was spectacular. The privacy was key, as this was our honeymoon and wanted us time without the noise of people in hotels. The place was clean, hot tub was a good touch and the game area was definitely a fun added touch. This place will be recommended to everyone we know. And who knew, Gatlinburg was this fun.

It was a very nice place. It was quiet, peaceful, very serene. I was looking for a place with a great view of the mountains, we found that with this home. No matter what side you were on, you had a nice view.

Beautiful cabin with wonderful views off the back patio. Very clean. Plenty of linens/towels provided. The location is perfect in relation to Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge. The game room was a hit with the kids. A few things that could use improvement include: the hot tub - only half the jets work, doesn't always heat to temperature set, and the cover is destroyed; the beds are not very comfortable; the kitchen is beautiful, but lacks an adequate amount of cooking utensils, no crockpot, dishwasher door is broken so it falls to the floor when opening (still functional, just difficult to manipulate the door/racks); the TV in the master bedroom is stuck on "demo mode" making watching anything in that room frustrating as there are constantly banners running across it. The wifi is sketchy. In order to complete some necessary work while on our trip, we went to town to utilize public wifi that was more reliable. Overall it was a nice cabin, but could use some updating to make the stay more comfortable.

The cabin was very comfortable, clean and spacious! The location was very convenient, far enough from the busy area to be restful and quiet, but not too far to drive around the area and explore.

A bit of a struggle turning on one of the arcade games but we figured it out. Everything else was perfect for us. The view in this particular unit is not a 10/10 but at night in the jacuzzi, the stars are beautiful. This is truly a relaxation retreat!
