What a perfect peaceful spot!

Second year renting this property and hope to come back. I do wish renters got right of refusal for the next year.

Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Very close access to the beach.

What a beautiful place! Totally redone and most things brand new!!!!!! The bed was great. The place was spacious! The kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer were new and wonderful. Very quiet. New TV! If we had any complaints, they would be that the couch wasn't too comfortable but OK. No tissues available, a few books and games would be a nice touch, and the towels were not plush, just OK. Great communication and everything was easy with directions and lock info. Will be back for sure! Perfectly situated between sound and the ocean and both a few minutes walk. We used the bikes and the kayaks. There is a pelican "island" almost directly across the bay from a good put in spot about a block away from cottage. Secret treasure!!!!!

Beautiful renovations at this cottage. Beautiful beach is a short walk away. Jennifer and Gordon were very accommodating with everything we needed. Had a very restful vacation here. Would love to go back!

We had a fantastic moms weekend getaway. First time on Manasota Key and it most certainly will not be our last. The condo is super cute, comfy and relaxing. Has everything you need and more!

This is our second time at this property. Sparkling clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything we needed for the nearby beach was provided. Highly recommend!

This property was excellent! They offered more than they listed. We had bikes to ride, kayaks to use and all the waterside necessities including a small cooler!! Wow what a nice surprise to feel like our vacation rental was under charged for the amount of extras we received here. No daily bikes and kayaks rentals alone saved us tons!!! Not having to purchase the usual cheap (not cheap) cooler, chairs, layout mats and umbrella... way cool!

Perfect spot for a weekend get away! The unit was very clean and comfortable and the beach is nice and close. It was my first time to this area and the water was spectacular. I live in Tampa so I’ve been to a lot of beaches in Florida and have never seen water so clear! The neighborhood is quiet and great for a ride on the provided bikes- nice touch! I’d definitely book this place again, thanks Gordon!

This property far exceeded my expectations from the cleanliness (even smell, which is big for me, it didn’t seem the owners used any harsh chemicals to clean) to the amenities. We were so happy with our stay that we’ll definitely be returning next year! Wonderful hosts and location!

The pictures and information in the VRBO listing is a very accurate depiction of the actual property. We didn't use the bikes or kayaks, but they were a nice touch. Property manager was very responsive. Less than a 2 minute drive to Stump Pass Beach, which is really nice, just get there early to get a parking spot or be prepared to walk there..

We stayed for a couple of days to experience Manasota Key. To my huge surprise, the beach was incredible. I love exploring beaches for shark teeth, beach glass and shells. We had to work hard to find a few small teeth, the awe was in the amount of shells!! I never saw a beach like this before and it was such a thrill. The added bonus of having kayaks (and bikes) for our use was amazing. I thank the owner so much for that!!! We saw dolphins swim right next to us. The cottage had everything we needed. The owner was instantly responsive to any questions we had. I will definitely be recommending this place to our friends. Thank you!!

Clean and tidy. Easy walk to beaches. Great shell collecting and bikes, bikes, bikes!!! We didn’t get to use the kayaks but we really enjoyed the townie beach bikes in perfect working order (maybe it’s just me but anytime I rent with bikes they’re old and rickety) not here!!!! Sleepy little town, friendly surroundings. Thank you for a little getaway!

This little beach house was decorated just right with signs “I need vitamin Sea” and “Love you to the beach and back.” It even included Kayaks and bikes! I loved everything about it and plan to return next year. Thank you!
