Guarded community of well kept condos, beach walkable. Unit was clean and nicely furnished. Nice kitchen, great laundry, plenty of room.

Very nice property ! Had everything we could possibly need for the stay . We really enjoyed staying there . It was very spacious for our large family .

Upon our arrival, the keyless entry, air conditioning and cable weren't working. Ken was very receptive, came to the unit and corrected the problems, except with the cable. He said he would contact Xfinity the next day. We never heard back, despite a call and a text to Ken. In order to watch TV we had to use our streaming service, however, it wouldn't work on all TV's. The Wii also didn't work which wasn't a big deal The weather wasn't great so we spent more time indoors, and without TV or the Wii, the days were long. The unit was very clean and stocked well, with the exception of towels. There weren't any washcloths and only 1 bath towel per person so we did laundry daily. Lastly, the unit had lots of games and equipment for children, not adults. We've rented units in this location for several years, they've all had kayaks, paddle boards or bikes for the renters, this was a little disappointing. Great trip, love Key Largo and Kawama!

Excellent location on the island and great location on the property. Kids loved being close to the pool, playground and lagoon. Our adult son spent quite a bit of time doing underwater photos in the lagoon. Did some fishing off the point. Only negative was blender didn’t work (I bought another one and left it) and ordered a part for underwater camera delivered overnight but they put it in the mailbox and property manager didn’t get back to us until after we left so we didn’t get to use it. He said he’d mail it though. Overall a great family vacation. We will be back!

Location was easy to find, private, lovely pool and outside areas. 3 bedrooms and pull out couch accommodated all 8 of us. Unfortunately we were left with only 3 dishwasher pods, no soap in 2 bathrooms, and only 5 rolls of toilet paper total. So definitely stop at the grocery on your way because that’s apparently all that is provided. Generally it was a great place and we were very happy. Stayed at rentals all over the country and never had that happen to us.

We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing to get away. There are a lot of stairs, warning for older people or people with little kids, but there is a 3/4 or full bathroom on every floor. The kitchen was well stocked and we had zero issues. Would love to stay again!

After a couple hiccups with the start of our stay, Ken made sure everything else went smoothly! Very spacious condo. Beds were very comfortable! Perfect location next to the playground and 1 of the pools. The kitchen was very well stocked. The arcade game was lots of fun! Great place to stay!!!

The condo is in a very convenient location in Key Largo. It is right by the playground and pool, so this condo is great if you have kids. The condo has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. I think sleeping 8 is a stretch, but it is doable. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, is the communication with the property management company was not the best, and we also had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and laundry detergent. These things should be stocked, I feel.

Very clean. A very few ants, like maybe 10, but no big deal at the beach. Access to marina, close to several good restaurants. I renewed by love of scuba, and got my 2 teenage kids certified to dive. Well-stocked kitchen as well.

We could not have asked for a better place. Great space for our group and many outdoor balcony options which was great. We really enjoyed the pools and the lagoon as well as the jetty for sunsets and dinner by the water. We would absolutely come back!

Could not have asked for a better location and stay. Everything that was needed was available. Plenty of fun activities within the gated community to keep a family of 7 entertained for days. Would recommend highly.

There is a bathroom on each of the 3 levels and 4 porches with seating. Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and silver ware etc. there was soap on each bathroom and plenty of towels. We used the beach chairs in the toy closet and some of the snorkels. We loved the lagoon for fish watching and the jetty for sunsets and meeting people. The a/c has a blink that woke us up the first few nights but by the end we were used to it. Ken was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. Look for the manatees that frequently the marina. Go to the Keys Fishery to get fish and the the restaurant next door will cook. Visit Dolphins Plus to see the rescued dolphins and interaction. We would return!!
